I accept the invitation and is willing to do a book swap and read one of your works. My book is both inspirational and thought provoking making a bold declaration concerning the imminent return of Christ. But it is more than what one would think and is quite unique in it's presentation. It is revelational and instructional without being preachy or condescending but those are mine words, I do welcome yours. It's located at http://www.inspiredwritingsforchrist.... . It is titled "Inspired Writings of a prophet for Jesus the Christ" and if that isn't a bold title I don't know what is!! However, I am willing to be measured in this office of the gospel. What book do you recommend I read of yours?
Hi, Gregory! It's not really the sort of book I review, but I admit curiosity so I took a peek. This quote ends your page:"Let us as Christians remember our first love and not be found sleeping. This book is written to revive the love for Christ return!"
You're quoting John's Revelation. And you, just like John did 2,000 years ago, are predicting the "imminent return." Interesting!
If you were to read one of my books, the only religious book I have published right now is called REVELATION: THE WAY IT HAPPENED. See http://www.thewayithappened.com I love this book of the Bible, but I suspect our two books are miles apart!
Anyhow, though I don't think your title is quite what I'm looking for, thanks for sharing!
I'll add in my newly released book -- Faith in the Public Square from Energion Publications. I think it should help provoke conversations on important issues from religious pluralism to social justice.

It's up here on Goodreads to check out as well.
Always game for your work, Bob! But I'm suddenly swamped (why does everything come at once?), so it would sit in the queue for a bit. I have another Energion book sitting on my desk to review, too.
You can find a number of such books here on the internet. Two of them "These Are the Candles" and "Letters from Bethlehem" were printed a number of years ago and are available from Amazon or a Google search. There is also a link to them on my Smashwords page.I have also published, through "Write On! Publishing" at Smashwords. It is a book of my mother's devotional writings which I have compiled since her death. It is available through Smashwords and most other eBook publishers. The title is "Devotionals and Meditations", by Jewel Tilden.

Blessings,
Bob
Looking forward to it, Bob!Wayne, devotionals are not my usual focus, but let me help. If you want to send me a copy I'll review on D.D. This a short new book, right? The other two I see were written maybe 15 years ago, I better stick with current publications for now...stack is getting too big. Also, link me with where the book can be purchased, if not on Amazon.
I'll drop you a note with an address.
Hello, I'm new to this group and was looking for a place to post reviews (not of my own books but simply books I've read and enjoyed). I've recently reviewed 'Ten Letters to be delivered in the event of my death'by Chris Russell. Here's my review of it. (Sorry if this is not the correct place to post a review - if not, please point me in the right direction :))
I picked up this book because of the similarity of its title to the Henri Nouwen book ‘Letters for Marc about Jesus’ – which had touched me deeply when I read it in my early 20s. Like Nouwen, the author has used a series of apparently personal letters to real-life people to address a wider audience about the nature of God, faith and the Christian life. I wondered: could this be a Letters for Marc for the 21st Century? On the cover, Pete Ward, a professor of theology at King’s College London is quoted as saying: ‘One of the most profound, practical and deeply theological books I have read.’ Was he right? I settled down over three evenings to find out.... (for the rest of the review, click through the link)

Hi there,My book is Christian based and very thought provoking as it goes into the spiritual journey and psychology of a Christian's journey from mental illness to spiritual clarity and healing. Reviews about my book have mentioned that it's rare to see a book like this written in the manner of sharing instead of preaching and that it's packed full of spiritual truth.
