Paula !! Gale IS a hottie !! I'm a little disappointed with their choice of Peeta actually. He comes across a tad dorky to me. I thought that with the way he was described in the book, he would be more of a "subtle hunk"

Totally agree, Peeta does nothing for me !! my 14 year old says the same so its not just me lol !

I finished book one and I'm now on book 2. I'm pretty sad right now the turn the story has taken.

I saw the movie this weekend. I liked it alot, very in keeping with the book, but missed many of the details that were in the book not the movie. I didn't like their casting choice for Peeta AT ALL !! Team Cinna !!

My daughter is 10 and I took her and she was fine. She did read the book though so she knew what to expect. I still think 11 is ok

Hi ladies- new to the group- i liked your name so thought i'd give it a go! I have read all 3 HG books with my 13 yr old daughter. She saw it 2 x this weekend w friends and i took my 10 yr old son. He liked it and has now started book 2. Thought it was great and i agree w you all Peeta does nothing for me! I like the actor in other movies but just doesnt really fit this role for me. I thought he seemed 'wimpy' for lack of a better word.
Question- does anyone think anything like this could ever happen??

I have read all books 1 and 2 and loved them. I am starting Mockingjay this evening and can't wait to see how it turns out.
