My Top Five are:1) Kate Daniels
2) Kitty Norville
3) The Edge Novels
4) Alpha & Omega
5) Mercy Thompson
Even though they aren't considered UF I have to say the Stormwalker books & the Shifters Unbound books
I loved Shifters Unbound.... I think its still UF. I hate the kitty Norville series but granted I only read the first book. Does it get better?
Aaaw, there are so many awesome series out there, but my top favorites are:- Kate Daniels
- Rachel Morgan
- The Edge
- Black Dagger Brotherhood
- Mercy Thompson
- Anita Blake
I would also add Psy/Changeling...but I think it's more Paranormal Romance...or is it Romantasy? ;-)

I also had the benefit of reading them all back to back so that helped too.
Oh I can't believe I forgot to mention Night Huntress (Bones mmmmm...), The Hollows/Rachel Morgan (I'm such a Trencher) & BDB (I love Zsadist, Rehvenge, & John Matthew)

That's a good one...Which ones haven't you read yet?
I liked & enjoyed reading both. Especially if you like books with comic relief throughout. But I would suggest reading Night Huntress first since she only has 6 books right now & Kitty had 10 with another coming out this year. I found in reading Night Huntress tho that Cat annoyed me a little bit in books 1 & 2 (They are still good books)but I was(& still am) more drawn to Bones. You'll see!!!
I need to get a new tablet probably an ipad because I read books from Kindle & Nook. But I was going to say that if you have an Nook app (PC, Ipod, Ipad, etc) then you should download Nicky Charles her Law of the Lycans books are free and they are awesome she has 4 out right now. They have anywhere from 950 - 1100 pages. If you decide to read them let me know what you think.

I ask because I'm a Trencher after what happened with Kisten? What do you think of the series?
And I absolutely love Adamya, Warren, & Ben(who has grown on me especially after what happened in book three :-{ ).
Haha yeah I was very happy to discover them right along with the free ebooks from Kindle & Nook they have a ton... :-)

[bookcover:Dark..."The first in the Cassie Palmer series is really hard to get into for the first half of the book. There is a lot of world building and it's kind of confusing. but I really liked the series. I loved the Dorina Basarab series, but it's a spin off of Cassie Palmer so better to have read that first
@Kenya: Me too!!! I'm not ashamed to admit when she remember I cried abit...It was so heartbreaking :'-(...But I think Trent is a mighty fine substitute (*fingers crossed* I hope).@Scotia: They seem like brother & sister. I think it's cute how she helped him when wanted to give up in book 2 & how he helped her when she needed it most in book 3.
@gin: Thanks I foresee me buying all of those at once then probably via ebook so that I can start reading them right away when I buy them

HaHa SNAP! almost the same as my list!
Has anyone read
? I really liked Caitlin Kitteredge's Luna Wilder series but I wasn't so keen on the London series. Does it get better does anyone know?
The Hollows...Rachel MorganSookie Stackhouse series
The Vampire Academy series
The Morganville Vampires
Kylie wrote: "Definitely Sookie Stackhouse!! Very sad that there's only one book left in the series!"I heard there was only one more book in the series & I'm so sad too!!! =(
My favorites are:Jane True by Nicole Peeler
Enchanted Inc series (Katie Chandler) by Shanna Swendson
Tithe series by Holly Black
Black Dagger Brotherhood by J.R. Ward
Sookie Stackhouse by Charlaine Harris
And I can't wait to read more!
I love the women of the other world by Kelley Armstrong especially
and
cannot wait to read the last book in the series
so sad to see it end tho... :(
My absolute without a doubt favorite series' are Unholy Ghosts and Darkfever. A lot of us have probably read the fever books but Stacia Kane's Downside Ghosts series is another one that I just can't get enough of!But I also love Magic Bites,
Halfway to the Grave, First Grave on the Right and Succubus Blues.
It so strange to see how many people love the Downside Ghosts series, I bought the first three and read them as everyone was raving about them, but found them hard to enjoy, and feel rather "Meh......" about the series as a whole. I think there was just too much emphasis on the drug abuse, but I can't put my finger on what else bothers me about the series.....
I can't get enough of Dresden Files. A coworker basically forced me to read the first book and I'm having serious trouble getting into other stories now - I just love the characters and magic in it.Book #1
I still think Mercy Thompson might be my favorite series ever... it's been way too long since I had one of those books to read!!!!

3. Kate Daniels (and KD World spinoff)- Ilona Andrews
4. Jane True - Nicole Peeler
5. Mercy Thompson (and Alpha & Omega spinoff) - Patricia Briggs
5. Night Huntress (and NH World and Night Prince spinoffs) - Jeanine Frost
6. Psy Changeling - Nalini Singh
7. Vampire Academy (and Bloodlines) - Richelle Mead
8.The Hollows - Kim Harrison
9.Soul Screamers (Rachel Vincent)
10.House of Night - PC and Kiersten Cast
Also really like the BDB series - JR Ward - Can't wait for Lovers at Last, the Iron Fey series - Julie Kagawa, the Morganville Vamps -Rachel Caine... There are others, but these are the top. At least in this genre.
