I don't know that it is available in the states, but in Australia you might see if you can find Outback Heart. It's a memoir by the woman who was married to the inspiration for Crocodile Dundee, and a picture of what the outback was 30 and more years ago. I just finished it and enjoyed every page.

I love the Tomorrow Series by James Marsden. It's a YA series set in Australia (or as I call it, Awesome Aussie Land).
