How do u put pictures IN a comment/post? I thot u could onlyn put pics in the photos section...?

1. There will be a weekly themed Picture Competion.
2. Only 5 entries per person.
3. There will be 1 judge and judges cannot compete in competions
4. The picture must pertain to the theme.
5. There will be a 1st, second, and third.
6. The judging rules are the same. the Judge will pick three. Members vote on the three to pick 1st, 2nd, 3rd. in a poll
