Dessen got off of his motorcycle and looked around the parking lot

Charlotte sat on one of the steps outside of school, finishing up the homework that she hadn't felt like doing the night before.

Dessen walked over to Charlotte. He glanced at the stuff she was working on and took the completed assignment out of his backpack. "What did you do over the weekend?" He asked, since it was monday.

She shrugged. "Other stuff I guess." She said with a smile. "It's easy enough for me to do it now, class doesn't start for a little."

She closed her book and put her stuff away once she was done.

Dessen yawned, putting his homework away again. He leaned against the wall, next to the door to get in.

When the warning bell rang she stood up and walked the the door. "You coming?" She asked Dessen.

"Yeah." Dessen sighed, "I hate math."

She laughed, "It's not to bad, I just deal with it."

((sure))

He shrugged, "Yeah, well. We both know that's not my style."

Charlotte went to her locker and put away the books she didn't need. "Yeah."

Dessen waited for her to finish. He crossed his arms, "Are we gonna hang out after school?" He asked

She shrugged. "Sure, I don't have anything to do."

Dessen smirked, "Well now you do. I thought we could go TP Jace's house."

"Jace? I guess..."

((yeah... i was kinda just playing along))
"Hm?" She asked turning to him.

Dessen shrugged, "Yeah. I thought it might be fun."

((sorry if i'm stupid but what's TP supposed to mean?))
She held her stuff, "If it's okay with you."

((right... now what charlotte seems pretty stupid too XD))

"I know a couple houses we could TP."

Dessen shrugged again, "Sure Jace, if you want to come with us. I was planning to do it John Green's way though. Not sure how much fun it's gonna be."
