Which do you prefer?

message 2: by Sara (new)

Sara (saraechelon5) | 3 comments Absolutely physical books! I also have an ereader but I get bored reading on the screen :)

I don't have an ereader and totally physical books. I never want them to go away.

message 4: by Jenia (new)

Jenia (storyteller_86) Physical ones. Sometimes i like reading outside when it nice out.

Rachel (rsviolet) | 50 comments Physical copies, so i never have to worry about technology breaking and can flip the wonderful pages.

message 6: by Soso (new)

Soso K (soso28) | 88 comments I totally loved physical books, and still do. But I got my Kindle and love it too. So I really like both. But I would be REALLY sad if they ever stopped printing physical books.

message 7: by Zoe (new)

Zoe Physical books.

message 8: by Celise (new)

Celise (celise_) I have an ereader but I still buy most of my new books on paper. But when books get past 1000 pages they can get uncomfortable to hold so then an ebook might be better.

message 9: by Caron (new)

Caron Rider | 27 comments Good point about the size Celise. I really love a physical book, love hardback just for their look and feel; thoroughly enjoy a paperback. But I can also deal with ebooks and don't have a problem with them. Like most of you though, I would be very sad if paper books went away!

Yes, me neither. I decided to buy one because with it I can read lots of english books that are not published in my country :)

yes, and that's fine. That's a totally valid reason to get one.

Yeah. I know this girl who's reading this REALLY big hardcover book, so sometimes it's just better to use an ebook.

message 13: by Valencia (new)

Valencia (empowered) Ebooks hands down. I love everything about them. They're lightweight, affordable, efficent, and just plain amazing!!!! I love print books, but I wouldn't trade my eReader for the world!!! (: And it's not like I don't/won't read print books. It's just when I'm going to spend my money I'm gonna spend it on my sweet little virtual shelf!! :D

Megan (The Book Babe) Physical! They will never die! (I hope.)
It's just that ebooks are bad for your eyes, and I am guaranteed to like a book better if I read a physical copy. :)

I don't watch tv. Maybe a movie every month or so. I don't have a cell phone, but I can definitely admit to being obsessed with the internet. :)

Valencia (empowered) Hahaha ditto. It's like everything is suppose to kill our brain cells nowadays such a pity when you think about it....

It really is.

Alythia Brown (alythiabrown) | 4 comments Maybe I'm a tree-killer, but I still like good old fashioned books. (That may also be because I don't have a Kindle.)

message 20: by Sherri Morris (new)

Sherri Morris | 31 comments Both!
I like the printed books. I also like being able to swap them once I am finished with them.
And I like the compactness of a ebook.
It just depends on what mood I am in and what I want to read.

message 21: by Lisa Cox (new)

Lisa Cox I prefer physical books, but I do have a Nook and I read on my laptop and desktop using Kindle for PC too.

Lisa I have a kobo reader and do the same thing with my Kindle books. I am looking into getting a small tablet, where I can keep all my ebooks on one device.

message 23: by Saige (new)

Saige (saigelaurel) physical books even though I mostly read e-books. having an actual book in my hand is some how much better than reading on my computer.
