Here is where Gamemaker Kelsey comes up with all her little cruel tricks. She hates thinking of the tributes as real kids-- and instead thinks of it as a story. A Movie. Her office consists of a large couch and coffee table in front of her. The wall is covered with screens showing the arena and is only made of screens. On the coffee table is an advanced ipad and she wears a headset. Controlling the games at all times.

Okay, so at the end, there is usually something where all the dead tributes make a reappearance. I think it should really be them, not animal ized, but the Capitol has taken away certain tributes memories. (Sorta) Like they've been reprogrammed. So basically, all of the survivor's old allies are alive, and they have a reunion, and each 'dead' tribute will either love you and everything will be like it was before they died, or they can kill you. I know, I didn't explain that very well.
Nope. My game and all tributes who died remain dead. No Damon survives. He's dead. He would have died anyway and he's dead now. The tributes only appeared animalized in Katniss' games not any of the other games.
Okay, whatever. I just wanted to see my Damon again. I should probably drop it though. HE'S DEAD, JAIDYN!!!
So ANYWAY...For one of the extra boredom game things the arena could freeze over in a circle, leaving just the circle in the middle for all the tributes to stay. If you don't get out before it freezes over, you're a Popsicle! (Still didn't exPlain it very well. Sorry, Im an amature.)
that doesn't really have anything to do with electronics. I center it around the aspects of the arena. Like the short circuit lighting storm I did where it came from the sky, walls, and floors
My point. I should just tattoo AMATURE on my head. Okay, how about a major blackout/ power outage that does...something. (Reason 1 why YOU are the Gamemaker)
hahaha as awesome as that sounds, I was thinking more metal giant cats that come off the buildings like gargoles and come to life with like u said, electricity and giant sharp claws...

Dammit to the no rainbows though.
Nah it's fine. I'm still going to pitch rediculous ideas until you pick one.
-GIANT METALLIC CALENDER
-METALLICA MUSIC THAT MAKES SOME PEOPLE DEAF
-FRANKENSTEIN ZOMBIE

hmmmm.....the music could do something....like frequency waves that do the exact harmonics of your ear to the point the vibrations cause extreme pain and partical deafness while you listen... blood.. *starts typing things into ipad*
hmmmm I don't know; both would kill tributes off to quickly be dehydration and cold. so....yeah.... for the next arena we need something more fun and exciting
Hmmmm....well, will the last monster thing do? Because I was thinking at the end (I'm doing this for my story too), the dead people are like ghosts and they speak of their fears and stuff. XD

hmmmm Audrey what were you saying tho? I could do some twist with whatever you were saying tho. Monsters? What was your idea really?
Like, the Gamemakers can take a photo or something of the dead people and then turn it in to some silvery image like a ghost so that they could be all ghost like (DUH XD) and bring images up of the leftover tributes' fears. Does it make sense? It's a bit confusing...XD
--------------------Bruce and Lavender appeared in the office through the portal. Kelsey sat cross legged on the couch with a small smile "Congratulations you two-- winners of the first annual hunger games!"
Lavender took a breath. "He would've wanted this." She smiled to herself. She survived. Not that it did her any good. She wasn't going back to anything at all.
