Those of you who know my Music Mod-ing ways know I've made this topic before... and know that I love it. Because it's so true! Music connects to books in soooo many ways. So, this is the topic for you if you've ever been caught reading and were reminded of a song! Or vice versa. Whether it's seems like it's something the character might have said, or fits the mood, or whatever, post it here! Post the book and the song and artist, then explain the connection!

Hunger Games and Long Live by Taylor Swift

There are just so many lyrics in that song that connect so much. Like a few are "And they read off our names." That reminds me of the Reaping. And "And they cynics were outraged. Screaming this is absurd. Cause for a moment a band of thieves in ripped up jeans got to rule the world!" reminds me of when they did the berry thing and then they were the face of rebels. There is a lot more too! Look up the lyrics. It is a good song, too!
