Okay, so i hope this isnt just me but it really really makes me so ... sahgfdsaf .. when a book has been out there in the world for like a year or 4 and then suddenly it becomes a movie and now EVERYONES in love with the book/characters etc. i guess thats a good thing for authors and stuff .. but for me .. it annoys the crap out of me .. i mean i've been recommending these books to people for yeeeaarrsss and then suddenly because its becoming a movie or because now everyones happens to know about it .. its like the coolest thing ever .. gahhh ,, sometimes i like having books that are so amazing that quite a few people know about it .. but its those people who love to read who know about it .. not girls who just want to fit in and squeal about who's playing the character in a book they've never known about until a few days before.. and im just going to quit ranting right now hahahaha.


but anyway ,, this discussion is for you to post anything that makes you annoyed or really makes you want to bitchslap someone. ENJOY AND HAPPY RANTING!! <333

I hate reading books with insta-love in it.I believe in love at first sight but reading about it over and over gives me a headache. Seriously. I hate it.
But sometimes authors could get away with it but not always. :p

haha yeahhh i understand that sandee .. Some times, the whole cat and mouse game is really interesting to read about,, and sooo cuuuutteee too if the author can get it right and not make it so frustrating that you just want to grab the two characters, lock them in a room and give them a condom and say ' here, figure it out ' hahahaha <333

hahaha. i like the condom part! LOL. that insta-love is getting old i want to read something else for a change. when I read something like that it seems like its Twilight all over again.

hahaha yeah i know! i kind of like a bit of romance in the novel .. it makes it interesting .. but the one part that makes me a bit iffy is the whole ' we were made for each other, you have to be with me ' ... its like .. ugh, she doesnt have a choice, she'll obviously end up with you ..

i mean you'd want to know how they came to love each other how things actually progressed from strangers, friends to lovers you know. There are some books now that make out big time but they just actually met for lets say a few days ago and now they would die if they get separated. I hate those kind of drama. :p

haha thats like teenage love. 12 year olds having breakdowns because the guy they were 'dating' and they thought 'loved' them dumped them or doesnt 'love' them anymore. hahaha. i feel sorry for those little girls who dont understand what the word 'love' really means xD

Immature people and you know irrational thinkers. These can be people in real life (which yes exists in my world and they always piss me off) and in books (and yes they piss me off too). And what Zada said, young people who think they know what love is. Please, grow up.

@Zada : yeah I agree. tsk tsk. I don't think 12 years old would be really capable of loving yet someone that much yet. Just my opinion though. Its possible but I think it would be very rare that you'll find love at that age.

Ohmygosh. I know of two 13 year old and four 14-15 year olds that are pregnant. To guys they 'love'. Who want NOTHING to do with their kid. It really really truly is sad. The way Love is perceived these days .. these girls thinking they need to find it in highschool? its wrong and it fucks up their life .. these poor children (if they;re lucky and they see the light of day instead of being aborted/miscarried ) will be either loved dearly and missing a parent ( which is what we hope in the best situation, cause face it .. alot of guys arent ready for that responsibility .. neither are most girls ) and we hope that these kids grow up with SOME kind of love or they get resented and become a burden on these CHILDREN. because thats what these 'young mothers' are.. they're still CHILDREN. and ugh. i mean im still a teenager. but i know the difference between love and lust. Hence why i shall be a virgin till im like 30 ahahaha. Ughhh , it just really truly annoys the crap out of me.

And there's this people that cry their wits out because their boyfriends broke up with him after having that with them. And you tell them that "duh. this is high school nothing is freaking permanent and why would you even do that in the first place? think. and grow up" and all thet answer to me is "i love him and i don't wanna lose him and be said we're gonna be together forever" and all I can think of is "that's the stupidest crap I have ever heard"

i got pregnant when i was 19 and i left my boyfriend because he became the most irresponsible person i ever met after he found out. He didn't want the baby but i did so i left him. Even at 19 you wouldnt really find love yet. Again its pretty close to impossible that the person you fall in love at 19 would be the person you love forever. It happens but rarely. On my case i made a mistake but dont regret having my cute baby. She's my biggest joy. =)
I don't really need that stupid guy anymore. I make money for me and my daughter.

Sandee , you're one of the few people in this world who i actually admire and look up to. Your daughter is one of the luckiest kids in the world to have a mother like you <333 Your ex boyfriend is a dickhead and i hope he gets syphilis and herpes.

Jia, the worst thing is when these little girls hurt themselves physically because they thing the world is over without that person who they supposedly 'love'. its so sad how many teen suicides there are .. ughh i just want to smack some sense into these little girls!! :// such a waste of life.

yeah well hopefully he does get herpes and get whatever he should get. hahaha. just kidding. not really bitter anymore about it. its just that not everyone would probably do the same thing I did. Its hard but worth it.

Sandee, your story is very inspiring! :) That's something I would want to look up to especially in how the world works nowadays ^^

Zada, I understand. I used to slit my wrist and not eat before because of guy (who was my first and I hope . "last" boyfriend) and I admit that I was such a foolish stupid girl doing that. I know it's wrong but I was kind of thankful for that experience because it opened my eyes to the correct things. And to be honest, if not cause of that I wouldn't be the person I am today :)

good to hear that you snapped out of it. :) for me guys are not really something that we should die for but should be the other way around. hahaha. just kidding. :p but yeah i dont think suicide is the answer to anything.

I just hope that the other girls are also like that. But sadly, not all of them are. It's like they're concentrating more on the pain of not losing those guys rather than actually doing something to get rid of the pain. No one said it's easy to love anyway that's why when we love we have to really be ready.

Lucky you! I only had one and I'm planning to keep that way for a long time :) But even though I haven't been kissed as well.

It depends on the person's point of view. I mean any relationship is not perfect you are going to get hurt in the process because it's all part of it. That's how it grows. But believe me being in love is such a wonderful feeling, it sure is like magic. But when it does end, it hurts. And it sucks. Just make sure you're ready to accept that nothing in this moment in permanent. So just make sure you're really ready if you wanna go into a relationship.

I hate it when weak character do really stupid things that they cannot handle and are clearly going to get them in trouble. I also hate it when weaker characters also try and "protect" the stronger ones when really they can't do anything and will probably end up getting hurt... Basically i hate weak characters

^^ Totally agree. It reeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaally gets on my nerves. I'm sick of all the characters that are always so goddamn selfless. I want a character that can be selfish for once...

Yes! I don't want them to be backstabbing and evil or anything, just think before they act and choose the smarter path for once instead of being "honorable"

It is so annoying when you are in an argument and you think of a really good comeback but when you say it out loud it doesn't make any sense.

Yep. It irritates me. I'll come up with really cool stuff to say then I'll say it out loud and I'll be like: That made no sense, did it?
