A bar located in the center of town that only serves downworlders-- behind the bar is an entire living quarters for the werewolves of England

Jeremy walked in and sat down-- he waited for someone to serve him knowing full well it was for downworlders only
Serenity was sitting in the pub. Her long black, corsested dress was uncomfortable to her. She preferred loser dresses but that would be scandalous. She glanced around and ignored the men looking her. She had slapped a shadowhunter earlier, because he was flirting and insulted her species.
Jeremy sighed and walked over-- he sat down at her table "I assume you are the girl my housemate so rudely offended correct?"
Jeremy sighed "I came to apologize for his rudeness-- Stephn doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut."
Serenity smiled,"Obviously. It's fine though, I know a lot of people are good very deep down" She shrugged. Most shadowhunters were rude but Jeremy was actually kind. It was very diffrent for her.
Jeremy shook his head and leaned back in the seat "I have yet to find a good side in Stephn, he is completely rude to ladies such as yourself and I do hope you accept the apology" he stood up and bowed respectfully towards her "Good day madam"
Serenity smiled,"I do accept the apology." She stood up and said,"Must you go so soon? I don't even know your name"
She shook his hand,"I'm Serenity. Beta of the London Wolf pack. Your a shadowhunter. A very nice one....surprisingly" She smiled and let go of his hand.
Jeremy nodded "Your Alpha is at our institution as we speak actually" he chuckled "And we aren't all that terrible. I promise you"
She nodded,"Thanks for telling me. I was wondering where he was" She shrugged,"If you say so. Most shadowhunters are arrogant, rude, and think they are very superior" She sat back down in her chair and smoothed down her dress.
Jeremy shrugged "depends which ones you run into the-- the males think they are all superior when it comes to fighting." Jeremy chuckled "I don't even fight"
Serenity tilted her head slightly,"Really? Why not?" The smell of blood, herbs, and faint smell of death? Lingered on him. She assumed he worked in an infirmary.
Jeremy shrugged "I prefer to heal. I'm a pretty gifted doctor for someone my age" he shrugged once more
She smiled,"That's a nice change. Some shadowhunters are blood thirsty. They would have killed me if not for the treaty" Serenity sighed and looked at the table.
Jeremy shrugged "not everyone" he placed some coins on the table "Your drink is on me" he smiled gently before walking out into the streets
Serenity was about to protest but he left. She smiled, he was much nicer. She paid for her drink and put her coat on. She hoped tonight wasn't a full moon, she wouldn't be able to handle it today.
---------------------------Serenity had rested her head on Jeremy's shoulder,"I have a room I stay at Occasionaly. It's behind the pub"
She nodded,"Okay. Thank you again." She smiled but then bit her lip. She honestly didn't wan him to go. Serenity liked being around him.
She sighed and looked away. Serenity pointed to the closet with her non-broken hand. She closed her eyes.
Jeremy nodded and took out a night gown. He set it on the bed and covered his eyes "Be mindful of your arm please"
Serenity sat up slowly and stood up. She was a bit dizzy and pulled her ribbons loose. She slipped off the dress and dried off with a towel. She then put the night gown on.
She laughed,"Yes" She picked up her dress and wrapped it across one of the chairs. Serenity laid down and looked at Jeremy.
Jeremy opened his eyes and walked over, taking her wrist he started measuring her pulse "How are you feeling?"
"Much better."She smiled. Her pulse was seemingly normal, and her heartbeat was okay also. Serenity watched him.
She sat back up,"No." She moved closer to him,"How king are you going to stay?" Serenity glanced around and then looked back at him. He had the most beautiful eyes. Her face became bright red.
"Smile. I want to see you smile and don't call me madam. My name is Serenity, remember?" She said watching him.
