A World Without Heroes discussion

I was just thinking that this book really needs a movie adaptation. I'd actually rather see this movie than a Fablehaven one being made. I'd go on to say who I want casted but I kinda forgot what Jason, Rachel, Ferrin, etc look like. Lol, I know that's bad but I haven't read the first book in a year and they got kind of stale in my mind. :-)

Can someone remind me what they look like and then I'll write my dream cast? Thanks!

Honestly, I think a movie would ruin the books. But I'll tell you anyway. For more specific descriptions, you could always re-read the book.

Jason is tall, with short sandy-blonde hair and blue eyes.
Rachel has short brown hair with brown eyes and freckles.
Jasher just has long hair.
Drake has flat features and long, black hair.
Ned has reddish hair and lots of freckles. He's supposed to be tall and gangly.
Galloran has a gray beard, and he's younger than he looks.
Maldor has white hair and gray eyes.
Duke Conrad has tan skin and dark hair.
Corinne has green eyes and blonde eyebrows, so I assume her hair is blonde as well.
Ferrin does not have a very specific description. Neither does Tark, Tad, Kale, Copernum, Dolan, Nicholas... You get the idea.

If you go to Brandon Mull's author page on Facebook, he has illustrations of Jason, Rachel, Ferrin, Jasher, Galloran, and the Loremaster.

I forgot, there actually is a description for Tark. He has thick, dark hair and he's rather short.

I think a movie would be pretty cool for this book. However, if I ever had the opportunity, I would make a movie for the first book just so that I could get to making the second one. The whole time I was reading Seeds of Rebellion I kept thinking, "THIS WOULD BE SUCH AN AWESOME MOVIE!!!" Of course, if anyone were to make a movie for any of these books, they would have to do a really good job. If they were to change even a single word from the books, I would get mad and begin threatening the air violently. (Am I the only one who does things like that?)

I really agree with you, but I would love to see a movie of this book though but knowing movie makers they would more then likely just ruin the book and just agg. Though I think it would make a pretty cool movie it just needs to be made very well.
