District Seven's industry is lumber and paper. Children there start their work young, taking to the lush forests surrounding the district or heading to its few factories to aid with paper production. Children from this district seem to have an advantage over others during the Hunger Games, as most would be very familiar with trees and forests by the time they were reaped, if ever. Tributes from District 7 are said to be good with weapons such as axes and hatchets.
