I know I'm getting on this really late, but I've just bought the book and will read it this weekend. I'm really looking forward to it - I read the case at uni (but I'm Australian so probably we looked at it from a different angle) and I'm interested to see the US perspective.

I decided to skip this one. While I do like reading about American jurisprudence, I find that it's hard to keep abreast in the Canadian field let alone abroad.
