Dang! I can't check my messages unless I am on a computer so I'll try to get on tomorrow :) And alright!
Hi! I'm looking for reviews on my third and fourth novels. They are dark urban fantasy, published by L&L Dreamspell. There is some alternative sexuality portrayed, but they are definitely not erotica. They deal with mature subject matter and have some graphic violence.Email me at deniseverrico(at)yahoo(dot)com with Book Reviewer in the subject line, and I can send pdf e-copies.
Thanks.
I just found this post! I am definitely willing to read and review. I have some experience proofreading, and English grammar is one of my strong suits. :)Edit: I am a bit of a harsh critic, though, so if you are afraid of getting one- and two-star reviews, you *might* want to think about how honest you want your feedback to be! I won't insult you or say your work is shite, but I will note any character inconsistencies or repeated mistakes.
An honest review, no matter the rating, is the only one worth having.
Yay! Well, I'm glad people think so! There are some authors on this site who take their ratings faaaar too seriously - though, of course, I wouldn't expect to find any of them in this fine group. ;)
Oh, God, that hate group? The one that shall not be named, that's infuriating all the bloggers right now?I'm sorrrrry.
And maybe! What's it about?
Man, I'm so tired of the STGRB. They're totally ruining this site. :/I've got a big heaping pile of TBR, but the Steampunk one sounds interesting. I suggest maybe looking through some of my reviews to make sure my style's your cup of tea. I'm harsh, but fair. :)
I see this thread has been dead for a year. But, that's okay. I write vampire books. So, dead for a year isn't long at all! (Sorry. Awful joke. I couldn't resist.)Anyhow, if anyone is still looking for gothy type books to review, for a limited time (until 6 October 2013), I'm offering review copies of BOTH books in my Vampire Noctuaries duology for free, in the hopes that good readers like yourself will go on Amazon and Goodreads to write a review.
Best of all? You can download the books directly from my website. No collecting your email. No signing up for a mailing list. No entering a contest. Just pick your format:
The Vampire Noctuaries (Amazon Kindle Format)
The Vampire Noctuaries (EPUB Format)
