"OK, where is everyone?" Renee looked at her watch

" Im here" said Carter

"I...am...here!" said Gene breathless

"OK, where's everyone else?" she asked. Phil walked in. "I can find them if you want" he said

Carter sits down at the table- "Yes Mrs.Renee?" she said

"Well, Carter, since you're basically the only one who has shown up, I would like you to pass this on to the others." Renee said, sitting at the head of the table.

"We have a new orphan. I know that that's not anything new, but he's........different" she said after thinking. She waited for Carters response

"Here!" Aria smiled sweetly sitting down as she had Nick and James sit down also.

"OK, so as I was saying, he's different, but not like a disability. I don't really know how to say this." Renee thought some

"Wait what?" Aria asked her, looking confused. "New guy." Nick translated. "Oh!"Aria nodded.

"He is almost....... feral, wild.... uh. Phil, why don't you try to explain?" she looked at her husband, but his only response was "He's a cat"

"I hate cats." Aria said simply. "So do I." James agreed. Nick just looked plain confused.

Granite and Frenchie exchanged suprised glances. Luke looked up from petting Moffy. "Do I need to keep Moffy away?"

Renee swatted Phils arm. "No. And no Luke. But he might do things differently. It's how he grew up. Raw meat, growling and hissing, baring his teeth, things like that. attacks when provoked His teeth are also sharp, and he is basically a tiger put into a human, with some alterations" she said

"Its not like regular cats, its like tigers and jaguars and leopards. Actually that brings me to my next topic, Vixen." She folded her hands

Vixen is Donner's snow leopard. She is untamed, just like Donner is. You are NOT to mess with them, for obvious safety reasons. Is that clear?" She asked firmly

lucy walked in,flinging the doors wide open,for the first time any of them had ever seen,she had no hoof covering her face,her cloak tail billowed as she took her seat"here"she said softly as if they didnt know,she was soon followed by alice,making her way slowly in,"here"the blind girl called softly,then took a seat

Frenchie scooted over a seat and filled them in on what was happening.

lucy nodded,alice starred at the ceiling nodding here and there

"We are going to introduce him to you, but act normal- he can smell fear"Phil said jokingly

Alice walked into the room and took a seat and slightly cringed in pain

lucy nodded

alice drifted here and there

Alice thought,Is it really over?

"Oh good Alice, you made it!" Renee said. Granite told her what was going on.

Alice nodded but shrunk down into her chair...in light of recent events all trust is momentarily broken

"OK, so his name is Donnor. remember that.DONNER!" she called

Alice shivered at the thought of adults yelling

Granite rubbed Alice's back comfortingly

lucy turned around,her mismatched eyes seeking out the newcommer

Alice looked around and knew that she was safe and no one was going to hurt her...but the same could not be said about her mind

A boy in denim jeans and a blue T-shirt walked in with his head down. He said something in cat and Vixen, a snow leopard walked up beside him

Alice looked at the boy and thought,He could hurt me...anyone could

He looked up and scanned the room. He hissed end mewled something, and Vixen went around the table, smelling each new person.

The cat brushed Alice's leg and she jumped

Vixen looked up at Alice and put her head on her lap

When Alice saw that he wouldn't hurt her she carefully placed a hand on the cats head and began to stroke it she gave a faint smile

((Vixen is a girl)) Vixen gave a slight purr. Donner spoke up. "She..." he furrowed his brow, thinking of the word "likes you" he said

Alice looked up startled but calmed down,"Oh...she seems nice."

He smiled, trying to hide his fangs with his lip. "She can.....nice?" he shook his head, knowing that wasn't right. he hissed in frustration.

Alice smiled knowing what he meant

He looked confused for a second, then realized she understood what he said. He couldn't help beaming. He quickly closed his mouth though. He didn't want to scare her or anything

Alice smiled and when he stopped smiling she cocked her head to the side in confusion...she liked his smile

"What?" he asked. why was the girl confused?

Alice shook her head and looked at the cat and smiled..she has always loved cats

The tip of her tail twitched((I love that their tailtips always move!!!)) Donner saw that she was not looking, so he smiled.

Alice looked at the cat and saw the she had blue eyes and smiled a bit bigger.She loves all cats but cats with blue eyes were the ones she loved the most

Vixen continued purring
