Old Books, New Readers discussion

This book is about a girl call Katy. She has a blog and love her books so much, she give out her first born for them. (Just a figure of speech) She moves with her mom to West Virgina after her father died, to get over the incident. She is a confidante girl who loved to garden with her father....
The next door neighbors are weird, especially the boy (other than being freaking HOT!). He's obnoxious, rude, and plain out flat headed!but he loves his sister and his protective instinct drive him to stop her from making friends with Katy.

After that Katy started seeing odd things about them. She never saw their parent, they move too fast to be natural, and light reflections on them show weird sometimes....

HAhahaha ok good. I was just thinking "oh another vampire book." IT looks like fun I'll see if my library has it.
