World Burnt discussion

A small town, located in the rare spot of snow.

Kristen walked along the frozen river, careful, careful, always careful. Her breath puffed like smoke in the frosty air. Suddenly, a twig snapped behind her. She took off, running. Not him, she thought. Please, don't let it begin. Images of her past began to flash before her, each more vile than the last. Suddenly, Kristen felt herself tumbling down a hill. She screamed as she rolled off a cliff. She landed on her back. The wind was knocked out of her. She felt like she couldn't move, couldn't breath. She heard footsteps coming closer. God, he's coming for me.
"Someone, help me! she screamed into the winter air.
