A Cool Meaningless name For: Alice, Megan, And Tyler's CRIB!

Alice was surprised when Tyler came to her with the idea...it wasn't good. But seriously, it wasn't bad, plus it sounded like fun! She couldn't get Landon out of her mind, and this was the perfect way to blow off steam. She just hoped she wouldn't hurt anybody. Not that she couldn't heal them right after, but still. The last time she dislocated Tyler's arm, she felt remotely bad for it for the next week. Until he made a joke about her blonde hair-then she felt as if he completely deserved it.

Tyler sat on the porch, twisting his hands and manipulating invisible bonds. He felt bad for what Megan was about to walk into. But he had the feeling it wouldn't be him and Ali against her for long, Alice usually turned against him sooner or later. Then it was a battle of the storms. He grinned with anticipation. Excited when the stars started to form as distant twinkling lights in the sky.

Nighttime. It was better for something like this. Ali told herself, shaking off her nervous appearance. Thoughts of Landon still went through her head, but distant footsteps silenced her thoughts.

Megan ran through the forest, carrying her shoes in her hand. She always seemed to run faster with no shoes on and began to see the lights of their house in the distance. Slowing to a jog, she saw Ali and Tyler sitting on the front porch and rolled her eyes, preparing for a lecture that would soon turn into shouting. That's what they did to her a lot of the time, yell at her to stay safe and to stay close and to not run off blah blah blah. Which is why she usually ran away to the ocean, to get away from them for a while.

Tyler probably told Ali what happened... she thought as both of them turned towards her as she entered the clearing.

Alice took a deep breathe, and closed her eyes. This was an unsaid signal for Tyler to do what ever he pleased first. She opened her eyes and looked up at the sky a moment later, to her satisfaction-clouds were darkening. Fast. The wind was getting stronger, and she could feel her hair whipping around her-she probably looked like a demon. Her eyes started to glow, and at that moment she was thankful they lived so far away from other houses.

Time for some fun. he thought, moving towards Megan. He laughed at the expression on her face, she didn't even know what she was in for. With the next step, he vanished. Tyler glanced back at Alice, and let out another peal of laughter. She looked like a she beast, topped with glowing white eyes.

He reached Megan within seconds, and lifted her off the ground with a force field. Tyler's voice vibrated through the seems of the encasement, one of his newer discoveries. "Break out Megan. I dare you. I want you too. Its only going to get worse."

Her eyes widening, Megan watched as Alice's eyes lit up. Her powers... she thought, confused as ever which caused a light shade of fog to settle in. Ali's sudden appearance changed and she knew that she was in a lot more trouble than she'd thought.

Watching as Tyler started to come near her, she turned around when he suddenly disappeared, knowing that he was coming for her. Dropping her shoes in the mud, she started to sprint for the trees, needing to get out of there but was suddenly lifted up by one of Tyler's force fields.

Cursing, she felt the encasement take hold on her claustrophobia and breathed deeply, feeling the walls seem to collapse in on her. "Let me out Tyler!" she screamed, not very happy with him because this was the second time he'd trapped her in one of these today. Lightning and thunder crashed around them as Megan's frustration grew.

Alice grinned when lightning flashed above her, she just used it. Strengthening the whirlwind around her. Thunder cracked, and she released the freak storm into the clearing around her. Ali wondered if Megan would figure out she could use the storm just as much as she could...guess she'd find out.

Tyler smirked, "Oh Megyy. I thought you'd never ask!" he said, knowing it was echoing around her. He dropped her, it couldn't hurt her that much. She was only 4 feet above the ground. He figured it hurt her pride more than anything, since he sent her directly into the mud in which she had just thrown her shoes.

Feeling herself suddenly drop, mud splattered up around her and she dared not get up, knowing that they were freaking out on her for some reason. "What is wrong with you guys?!" Megan angrily yelled at them, hating Tyler even more for using the nickname he use when he wanted to annoy her. She clenched her head in her hands, feeling the pulling feeling in her gut whenever she was about to use a lot of her powers. Eyes glowing, she kept her head down but felt the world starting to move around them. The earth shook as a giant earthquake lasted for a minute, causing major damage to her surrounds, yet didn't affect her at all. The wind changed directions, heading right for Tyler and Ali as Megan clearly could picture them in her mind, almost seeing where they were.

Alice grinned with anticipation, and ignored the worried glance Tyler sent her. He didn't understand weather like she did. Oh-but he was about too. The ground shook, and Ali felt extremely alive. She loved the way it felt to use all her power, to not hold back for once. To stop hiding.
She transformed, gaining height quickly. In a matter of seconds she was a different being, made of the elements, completely weather. It seemed almost effortless when she absorbed the wind from Megan, like deflecting a hit from a small child.

Tyler however, was not so fortunate. He was sent over ten feet back, right into the mud. If it had not been for a quick force field around himself, he probably would have been knocked unconscious by a tree flying his way. Trees? Really? Now that was just rude.
He rolled his eyes, and lifted his hands, with a little strain he had the both of the trapped-suspended about fifteen feet in the air, now this fall, my leave a bruise. "Tsk Tsk. Someone has a wee bit a temper Miss Megan. Wouldn't want someone to get hurt now would we?"

Getting up and running closer to the line of trees, Megan knew that she needed to get away from them as soon as possible and try and figure out what was going on. I swear, they hate me. she thought, clenching her teeth together.

Feeling herself being lifted again, tears began to fall from Megan's eyes from pure frustration. Hearing his comment, she looked at him in disgust, "I hurt you? Are you kidding me right now? You're about to kill me and you're telling me I wouldn't want to hurt someone." she glared down at him with her glowing eyes and wished with all her heart that his powers didn't work at that moment and he couldn't hurt her anymore. Suddenly, she felt herself drop to the ground, fifteen feet below...

Alice smiled breathlessly, knowing Megan had succeeded in uncovering another power. She felt herself drop as well, and kept herself elevated with a miniature tornado. Apparently her parents had been right. Provoking someone with anger was always the easiest way to make them work harder and push through boundaries.

Tyler felt himself crash to the ground, and he flickered visible for a few moments. He groaned, and felt the energy drain from himself. It was only for about ten seconds...he suspected it was because Megan was so dependent on weather being her power, she couldn't use both at once. "Well look how the tables have turned." he announced loudly, vanishing.

Alice wondered if she should pressure Megan more...she was already exceeding her expectations.

Megan laid on the ground for a minute, feeling the shock of the fall travel up her legs. She moans softly, feeling a splitting headache come over her. Megan knew that they'd trained her before, but they'd never pushed her this hard before until the point where she was barely keeping out of unconsciousness. Opening her eyes slightly, she felt something near her and knew that Tyler was over her. Whipping her legs out to knock him over, she got up quickly, giving a glare at Ali before running into the house.

Quickly running down the hall to her room, Megan slammed the door closed and collapsed onto the bed, curling up in the blankets. She couldn't even comprehend everything that had happened and didn't want to talk to either of them.

Alice smirked and laughed as he hit the ground, and she didn't bother giving him a hand up. "Gotta' give it to her. You just got landed by a 16 year old girl." she commented, leaning over him with a grin.
"She took me off guard." he muttered, closing his eyes for a second. Tyler blinked away the spots in his vision, and focused on Alice's face right above him. It irritated him that both he and Megan were covered in mud, and she was next to spotless.
Without preamble he her feet from under her with a shield, letting her fall face first into the mud next to him.
Ali growled to herself, muttering something along that lines of. "Youdonkey. Iwon'tforget that." but her words were slurred, probably because she didn't want to open her mouth. Then she'd taste dirt hard core.

Megan woke up with the worst headache of her life. When she'd been asleep, it hadn't been that bad. But when her eyes tried to open, that's when she saw spots in front of her eyes, it must be from yesterday... she thought, not being able to find her shoes where she usually kept them. "Ohhh..." Megan muttered, headIng for the door, "the mud.". She walked outside and walked over to the mud pile not too far from the front door. Mud was splattered everywhere, and when she looked up, so was everything else., there were pieces in the ceiling missing and trees had been pulled clear out of their roots, while there was a crack that ran right along their front yard. "Now that's going to be a pain to clean up." she said, digging around for her pair of shoes in the sticky mud.

Alice wandered away from the house early in the morning, before the sun had even risen. She wasn't sure where she was headed, but she wanted some peace. She felt utterly exhausted, after doing all that intense training yesterday. I suppose I'll have to get used to it. she thought, not exactly looking forward to it.

Tyler on the other hand, was so lazy, he ended up sleeping outside on the porch. Caked in mud.

Finally finding her shoes, Megan got up, knowing that it'll probably take years before she could far all the mud off of everything. She hadn't seen either of them this morning and wondered what they were doing. Of course she knew that they had been training her, but having me discover a new power? she asked herself, scraping all the dirt she could off of her arms. Standing back up, she turned around to see tyler sleeping on the patio.

Smiling, she looked around to make sure that Ali wasn't anywhere near by and quietly snuck up. Taking a hold on her shoe, she slapped him semi-hard in the face with her shoe. "That's for dropping me in the mud." Megan said, smiling down at him.

Tyler groaned and turned so he was facing up fully, "You little brat." he muttered, unable to open his eyes directly to the sun. His face stung, and he had the temptation to knock her in the mud again. "Don't pick fights you can't win Megan." he said, a threat biting around his words.

Megan stuck out her tongue at him playfully and shrugged. "You totally deserved it." she said matter-of-factly, wiping more mud off of her face. Sitting next to him, she gazed out at the sun rising. "How come you guys pushed me so hard anyway?" she asked, not really trying to be annoying, but more out of pure wonder.

He shrugged, "It was fun, and I like showing you up." he said, answering half the question. "Besides, you needed a lesson. Your getting a little cocky there sweetheart, and you got you butt beat!"

"Whatever you say..." Megan said mischievously. She was a little annoyed by the fact that they had actually pushed her so hard, but at least she had something to work on. When she'd first turned ten, that was when her weather powers had suddenly started appearing. Both Tyler an Ali seemed to think that a big deal for some reason. Ever since then, they'd almost been pushing her to stretch her skills out. Apparently this was their way of doing it.

She leaned back a bit and glanced over at him, "Where's Ali at anyway?"

Tyler yawned, and he stretched out completely before standing. His back was incredibly sore, and he had bruises by his shoulders, "She left a whiillee ago. I think she went to go take a swim or something. She got the mud worse than us."

Her eyebrows raised, "Figures..." Megan mumbled. She actually hadn't talked to Ali for a while and really wanted to, but wasn't exactly sure of this was the best time to. "Everything last night was kind of blury, what exactly did I do?" she asked, completely confused about what she'd done. One moment she was wishing that Tyler didn't have his powers, and the next, she was falling towards the ground like he'd never been holding her. Of course she knew that he'd never dropped her on purpose, so something must have happened.

"You, developed another legacy, obviously. Power Augmentation. But I take credit for slamming Alice into the mud. That was completely after everything. She deserved it. I don't know how she got through everything spotless." he said, dwelling on the least important part.

She chucked slightly, almost sorry that she'd missed it. "That's Ali, never getting dirty at all." Megan said, knowing that she probably needed to start practicing her powers as soon as possible. She'd never even caused an earthquake before, so she was confused as ever. "And what am I supposed to do with my power exactly?" Megan asked, always knowing that Tyler knew the answer to most questions she asked...well, most of them.

"Now what kind of person would I be, if I just told you everything instead of letting you discover it on your own?" he asked, smirking. Tyler almost laughed at her expression, but didn't. Probably a less annoying one. he thought, answering his own question.

Alice led Landon towards her house, and paused once she reached the clearing. She tried to look at the house with new eyes, as if she were seeing for the first time..

And to her harassment, the place was utterly trashed. "Yeah." she said, flushing. "I wasn't joking about the uhm...training. Nor was I exaggerating."

Landon smiled. "Wow, when you said training, I thought you meant practicing controlling and using your powers, but you obviously meant causing as much damage as possible," he said teasingly. "I have a feeling you had something to do with that storm last night," he added.

Megan rolled her eyes, "Of course, you would be the one to say that." she said, not really surprised that he would answer her question like that. Hearing other people coming, she looked over to see Ali and...another boy walking towards them. "Tyler, try not to scare this one away," Megan quietely pleaded to him.

Tyler rolled his eyes, "No promises." he snapped. "Who do you think he is anyway?" he asked, glancing over to Megan. "And why are they wet?"

Ali shrugged, "So it was more of a challenge." she said reluctantly, looking around at the damage. "And i'd describe it as more of a hurricane/earthquake with some random thunder and lightning thrown in for amusement."

Landon raised an eyebrow. "This is what you do for fun?" he asked. "Remind me not to make you angry. Ever," he said, smiling.

Alice smiled, remembering just an hour before. You already have. she thought, amused. She watched Megan and Tyler, and her eyes narrowed. "Here." she said, joining them. "This is Landon...Landon this is Megan and Tyler."

Megan shrugged at Tyler's comment as they walked up. "Ummm...hi, Landon." she said, wondering who in the world this person was and why they were wet. She wondered what Tyler was thinking at that moment. I wonder if he'll get angry...

Tyler glanced up, and scrutinized Ali before looking to Landon. "Welcome." he said, not particularly nice, or rude.

Landon smiled, he could tell that they were thinking of reason for why he and Ali were so wet. "Nice to meet you guys," he said, although Tyler didn't seem very welcoming.

Alice rolled her eyes, and she shot Tyler a look like stop being so rude. Which he oh so maturely replied to with a wicked smile, he opened his mouth to say something, but Alice quickly cut him off. "Yeah, Megan's my sister.." she paused, almost confused by her own statement. "She at least deserves half the credit for all the damage. Then Tyler's been with us since we were like, 13."

Megan smiled at the stranger, "Yea...sorry. We were kind of...'having fun' last night." she explained, wishing that she'd cleaned up a bit more around the yard.

Landon returned the smile. "Yeah, I heard. Sounds like you had an intersting night," he said.

"Something like that." Tyler said, for the first time smiling. "Should have seen how Muddy Miss Ali got. She face planted. It was quite a sight."

Megan shook her head, causing a few pieces of mud to fall off of her face. She hadn't even had time to clean up at all today, let alone clean up the yard. "Anyway...what's the occasion to bring a boy over?" she asked, smiling at Ali.

Landon glanced at Ali, wondering how much she wanted them to know. "We sort of fell, in the waterfall," he said, not mentioning the monster or her drowning. She could tell them that part.

"And he needs clothes. As do I." she ended, frowning slightly. Did he not want them to know? That she well...liked him?

Megan moved out of the way so they could go inside. She knew that the way they were looking at each other, something was up, but she decided to not bring that up at the moment. Glancing over at Tyler, she shrugged her shoulders. "Well, you're more than welcome to come in." she said, saying what Tyler wouldn't.

"Thanks," Landon said, following Ali into the house.

Mandy was almost running to keep up with Ginny. She was definitely a girl on a mission. "Why on earth are you walking so fast?" she asked.

Ginny rolled her eyes. "We have to find Tyler. Seriously . That Hayden guy, is so hiding something. I asked him about something he said, and he told me I'd have to shake on it. Chea. As if. Tyler is the next best thing, he knows a lot." she rushed, not slowing down her pace.

Alice changed in her room, and came out a minute later.

Tyler gave Landon clothes, under the glare of Alice, and went outside. Irritated.

Megan followed them in and grabbed an apple out of the counter. Personally, she wasn't sure about this guy yet, she'd only met him 10 seconds ago and hardly knew anything about them.

Hearing other people coming fast, she turned around, "Who in the world could it be this time?" Megan asked particularly to no one, really wishing that she'd had time to clean up the yard better. They probably think we're disgusting...

Landon gave Tyler a withering smile and took the clothes. "Thanks," he said, his tone indicating that he didn't like Tyler any more than Tyler liked him. He changed in the bathroom and was out a few minutes later.

Mandy saw Megan standing the doorway and gave an apologetic smile. "Sorry," she said between breaths. "Ginny really wants totalk to Tyler about something."
