I like first person, I use it all the time when I write.

A super villain, hmm..... How about he's like the superheroes where they want to protect their secret identity, and he turns up being best friends with his superhero enemy when they don't have masks on?

and for a main problem, all I can think of is that there is some issue the super villain has with a company he owns and it's about to loose a few of their places, so he does some crazy thing to try to prevent it from happening by either wiping out the competition, or finding a different way to earn money that involves taking over a certain place which he can only do by killing a few people.

In the show HEROES 1 of the bad guys is a guy named Sylar who steals powers for his personal gain, should I create a guy like that

Well in the show the antagonist is trying to find the girl with the ultimate power to heal herself, so what if someones going after the twins ((on the names how about Antoinette and Anastasia)

Hmm.. then that would mean they're not the main main antagonists because someone is after them.. @.@ ((love the names =D))

Yeah they could be like nine a creating havoc when they cry, and we have to reach them first to teach them how to controle their power
