Why they teach there: His speciality is getting people to feel at home when they are so far away. He's a bit of a councillor for the royal branch, sitting with tea and offering advice or extra lessons if they're needed. He is nomadic and teaches from one school to the next with the help of his gypsy cart that drives between both places. If he is nowhere to be found for a while, it is because he's taking the trip. He also helps the princes and princesses to be ready for each other if they ever to meet.

Personality: His personality is shown by his face. One mere crinkle of a smile and all presented uncertainty vanish with the blink of his eyes.
Crush: Does two dead wives count?
Mate: Their death will not stay ignored.
Gf/Bf: They will get the revenge they deserve.
Weaknesses: His old age seems like a immesurable one. That is not the case. It's his children. Don't mention those poor souls. ((Or get too insulted over tea)).
Strengths: Being the man for everything. He is not a terrible fighter and his method is as effective as his soul. He is only here to comfort and help when the Princes and Princesses remain so far away from home.
Other: He was born in Turkey, he lived there for most of his life. He vanished off the face of the earth for a couple years. Changed his name to it's present one. Turned up ten years later in Asian-Siberia, after the death of the Romonovs he began working with Asian imperials. He's been there for them ever since.
