Fine, ill start... :)Janet peered around the corner, unsure if it was safe to come out of hiding. There were people after her who would kill her if they caught her. Suddenly, a cold hand covered her mouth from behind her..."Shhh, it's just me."
((DANI!))She jumped but relaxed when she realized it was just him. She turned around and asked. "any sign of them?"
((who is "him"? im a little confuzzled but i know that the guy is a friend, r they in luv or could they fall in luv??))"Non so far...I think we are safe, but we need to get out of here."
Suddenly she heard a crash and turned around to a bunch of masked men surrounding them. They wouldn't be able to get away.
((the guy is whoever you want him to be, and HIIIII long time no see))The wouldn't be able to get away. Not like usual people. "Up?" she asked, and he nodded. She grabbed his hand, not romantically, and jumped. She flies 50 feet straight up into the air.
((could they fall in luv along their adventure??))While in the air, the boy, Brandon, unfolded his wings, grabbed Janet by the hands and took off into the night sky.
((good idea))Janet couldn't help the huge grin the spread across her face. She lived for flying, and how she felt in the air, there is no way to describe it. It's escaping your normal earth body and becoming a alien creature. She needed it, like a drug. And Brandon was the one with the wings.
((thx i luv RPs when friends fall in luv...*daydream*))Brandon flew them across town the safe house they built when they were kids. They had modified it over the years so now it has security systems and locks. Once they got their Janet wrapping Brandon in an embrace and said, "Thanks for flying! It was super fun! Almost worth getting kidnapped."
((SO CUTE))Brandon laughed and sat at their rustic little dining room table. "I don't particularly like almost getting caught by The Gaurdians again."
"I like Flying, so," Janet said, almost laughing. "If that's what it takes, so be it."
"Well then..." Brandon said and got a sly look in his eye. Grabbing Janet around the waist he carried her into the air and flew her around in the night sky. At first Janet was frightened, like the feeling u get at the top of a roller coaster, then it subsided and she began enjoying herself. She whooped and hollered into the air until Brandon told her to shush. He didn't want her attracting unwanted attention.
She giggled and apologized. "Oh I wouldn't trade this for anything." she spread her arms like a bird "Thank you Brandon""Youre welcome!" he said, and gently set them down on a hilltop.
"Maybe one day we can do this without worrying about them killing us" she said wistfully
"Yeah, one day..." Brandon said and trailed off. As Janet had a huge grin on her face and twirled around with her arms like a bird, Brandon stared at her. Thinking how wonderful she was. When she caught him staring he turned away and blushed.
"We should go home," he said quietly, kind of embarrassed. "But I don't want to!" Janet whined, because she never wanted to go home. She could just stay out here forever. Suddenly, the quiet countryside erupted in noise and light. An angry voice boomed from nowhere and everywhere, relating, it's usual message.
"HE STOLE THE WINGS. YOU BOTH SHALL PAY."
"Time to go!" Brandon yelled nervously and scooped Janet up to take her home, but
someone reached out in a lightning flash and grabbed Janet's arm before Brandon could. "Help!" she screeched. "He-" but she was cut off as a hand latched on to her throat. She was going to have bruises later. Clawing at the hand blocking her airway system her face started to turn blue, then she went limp.
"Janet!" Brandon yelled desperately, but as he tried to fly towards her, a huge net enveloped him. He fought madly, but it was no use. Their captors revealed themselves. They were inhuman and grotesque with gnarled blue faces and stood only about 4 feet tall except for the leader who was over 6 feet. and was also winged.
Releasing his grip on the unconscious girl's throat he, the leader of the evil clan, went over to the boy in the net."So, it tis you who stole the wings."
"Let us go," Brandon said standing his ground and refusing to be afraid.
"Sorry, laddy, but I can't do that."
"At least let her go," Brandon said gestering torwards Janet's lifeless body. "She didn't do anything."
"Aye," the evil leader said. "That's where you're wrong."
"What?" said Brandon, fighting his restraints, "she's totally innocent!"The leader, named Nirakkas laughed, sounding definatley evil. "do you think the two of you ended up together by accident?" he shook his head. "your friendship was just a ploy, child."
"What do you mean?" Brandon stuttered. " I mean that she was pretending to be your friend the whole time. All of it was an act."Then, without, warning, Janet ran into the room being chased by a pack of guards.
"Brandon! Help!" she screeched as the caught up to her, drugged her and dragged her body away.
"Sure," Brandon said, heavy on the sarcasm. "It's all an act and she just faked that."
He knew she never faked anything. Seeing her scared just boosted his confidence though.
"Everything you say is a lie!" Brandon spat out the words angrily. "I won't believe anything you tell me!" the lead the creature laughed, and rubbed his chin."fine. Don't believe me. But I have some pretty good evidence for everything I say." he turned around and waved guards into the room. "Bring her in."
The guards dragged a semi-consious Janet between them.
"Hello, love." The creature said."What's my name?"
"Lord Nelson." Janet answered, her eyes distant and vacant.
"See? She knows me and is on my side."
"Oh, please," Brandon huffed. "You used some sort of spell on her. I can tell."
He grunted. "Put her in the cage with the boy for now." he ordered. Janet was thrown into the cage landing on her back.
((idk what should happen!))
((me neither ))Brandon leaned over Janet's limp body. "Janet!" he said, shaking her. "Come out of your spell!" Janet sat up and screamed, bloodcurdling chilling scream.
Janet wouldn't stop screaming until Brandon eventually put his hand over her mouth to make the noise stop. She kept screaming even though it was muffled. He then got an idea-since she was a little girl Janet would always cover her eyes to calm herself down. Maybe it would work. Placing his hand over her eyes Janet eventually stopped screaming, but was still limp and unmoving. Then she reached out her hand to remove Brandon's from her face."Brandon, what's going on?"
"There saying things, but it's all false they lied to us" Brandon rambled feeling tears in his eyes, glad that Janet was back to normal
Brandon reached out and pulled Janet into a tight hug, telling himself that she needed it, but part of him needed it too.Janet hugged back and kissed Brandon lightly on the cheek, "We'll be fine." She said bit her voice wavered.
"I hope so..." Brandon trailed off.
((Sorry!))They sat together for what seemed ilk forever in their cell, unable to escape, it seemed unescapable. Brandon was hungry and thirsty, but still there was no sign of their winged captors. As the next day passed, and the sun began to hit the horizon, Brandon got up and kicked the bars of the cage. "You can't just leave us in here!" He yelled at the top of his lungs.
((ditto!))"Brandon, it won't help," Janet said. She was getting sick from lack of food and water. Laying on the cold floor wasn't helping either.
Kneeling down next to her Brandon felt her forehead.
"How are you feeling?" he asked.
((was at camp this week!))She groaned. "I am to meant to be with all of you. I'm just mortal." Brandon shook his head
((sorry, notifs not working!))((whats going on? who is talking?))
((kk thx))Janet's eye drooped shut and her hand went limp on her stomach. Brandon cried out, "Janet, come on! You can get through this!"
He dropped to his knees and leaned over her limp body. "Janet!" he said bent over her, tears in his eyes. He wasnt prepared to get captured! Not with her!
Janet faintly heard Brandon in the distance so she tried to open her eyes. A bright light shined on her and she flinched. "Janet!" relief filled Brandon's voice.
She moaned quietly. "Brandon" she whispered almost inaudable. Brandon sat back a breathed. "Are you okay?" he asked.
"No, I wanna go home," her vision was very blurry and she felt dizzy even though she was laying still on the floor. "I think I may have a plan," Brandon said.
He looked around at their cage made of electricity that would destroy him. But not Janet. "It'll shock you." he said. "It'll hurt but it might bring it down. But it'll kill me.""What?" she said.
"If you touch it." he said lost in though
"What are you talking about?" Janet was very confused now."You need to hang on to the walls long enough for me to get through, then I'll pull you out with me and we'll fly away. Can you handle it?"
"Well both be okay at the end?" she asked eyes turned upwards.Brandon pursed his lips. "You'll be okay after a bit. I think."
She nodded and looked to the sky. "I'll do it." she said. She took a big breath and walked up to edge of the cage.
Grabbing on to it, she felt a jolt but held on long enough for Brandon to get through. He grabbed her shirt sleeve and pulled her threw just in time before the pain got to her. The pattern of the cage was burned onto her hands but it would heal in time, but for now it was raw and fresh.
"are you okay?" Brandon asked frantically once they were in the air. She nodded dumbly letting her hands cool in the wind. "We have to leave. I'm sorry." he said, turning to her in midair. "We have to be a country away by dawn.'
He shifted into a giant griffin and let Janet climb aboard. Flying through an open widow he started flying toward Europe.
After a few hours, Janet fell asleep on his warm feathery back. When she opened her eyes again, it was morning and the land was on the horizon. She cheered.
"Do you think you're alright?" Brandon asked. Landing on the soft grass near an abandon house, Brandon transformed back into himself. He carried Janet inside and set her down on an old couch.
((not even bothering making excuses)$Janet nodded dumbly and yawned. "Thanks Brandon."
"No problem," he said and kissed her forehead. He set her down on a fluffy patch of grass.
Janet felt the grass underneath her and laid down gently.
He brushed some hair out of her face. "You tired?" he asked looking into her eyes.
Janet yawned through her yes. She managed a smile. "Wht would I do without you?" she asked
GO!!
