PRLHS Book Club discussion

Hush, Hush... a very... how should I say this... different book. This book was good but... it always wormed around the answers to all your burning questions. When I got to the end I was like "I KNEW IT!" All of those questions were answered. The name really does mean what it says. The people in this book were very "Hush, Hush" about everything. Inspite of all of that I loved this book and I can't wait to read the next one. ^-^

I didn't really like this one! I couldn't get through the second. The guy was creepy and cheesy. I didn't get how he wanted to kill her and then he was all.....I don't know. And the whole bad-guy scene at the school reminded me of I Am Number One, the movie....
It was very predictable and fast-paced. There was just some thing off about it. I will admit that the concept was great, the execution just didn't make it for me.

Oh yeah the scene in the school is kinda like I Am Number Four... I see the similarities. I get what you say about the whole I wanted to kill and then he desided not too... it was odd. I liked it myself, but I do see where your coming from.

I just want to throw this out there I know it was the whole bases on the story but... wasn't kinda redudent that she kept getting attacked, but it always ended up that someone else got hurt and not her. Regardless I liked the book and want to read the next one.

Now that I'm talking about it, I think I'll have to go back and start the second again. I like the cliche, cute ending of the first one. And I really did like the guy, although he freaked me out at first.
I enjoy the concept of the book. Maybe it just moved too fast or something.....
And the roller coaster vision thing is so Final Destination!!
Have you read the Halo series by Alexandra Adornetto? She's a 19-year-old author. I've only read the first book but I loved it!

Yes I have read Halo I loved it I want to read the second one but I have been reading other series so I haven't gotten to it... now I want to get it. Well I have the second book of Hush Hush on request I really want to read it. I think you should try reading it.^-^

To you Patch will always be creepy. Yeah she should get hurt a little I mean in every other book the main character gets beat up and you think they are going to die. Then BAM! They some how muster the strenght to fight again and defeat the bad guy. Thats just how it works.

But I don't want that to happen. -.-

I have you finished it. Renee did and she gave it back to me so I can finally read it, but I already started reading Matched so I will finish that first.

Well saturday night I finished finale, and it was... AMAZING! Thanks to Mikki I got to read it! The ending was great, except one part, but what do you do. All the crap that goes down is so worth it in the end I can't wait till all of you discover what happens in Finale! ^-^

I couldn't get past the third one. I still can't get past it. It kinda just started dragging a little.

Just push through it Renee Finale was really good and worth the build up. ^-^
