I was wondering what authors still did book signings, etc...or if any of you had actually bought copies of signed books?

I have a few signed PB from romance authors,although I didnt get it signed for me since I got it used. The only book HC that I got signed in person from the author when I was in Scotland was havent gotten around to reading yet.

I have bought copies of books signed, like at half price books. There are some on ebay too, but I would beware of those.
I think authors do still do books signings. A good way to keep up with a favorite author is to "like" them on facebook. I know Eloisa James, Christina Dodd, Teresa Mederios, and Connie Brockway to name a few do some things together. They also attend conventions for romance authors that include book signings. You can also sign up for the author's newsletter on their web page if they have one. They also host contest where you can win autographed copies of their latest releases.
