I would recommend to anybody who loves romance, fantasy, adventure, or maybe into supernatural weirdness. :) I would say "The Daughter of Smoke and Bone" by Laini Taylor.
After reading it I want to read the sequel to just find out more of what may happen to the two main characters.
One author who every historical fiction lover must read, in my opinion, is Donna Jo Napoli. I especially encourage you to check out Hush: An Irish Princess' Tale and The Smile.
To Amara ~of House Stark~If you like Hush then there are two books that you would like: Speak and Memoirs of a Geisha. Both are very different from each other but have some similarities to the central themes of Hush. Both are also very well written.
