Hey everyone! Pottermore went live today. I've already finished the first book, though it took me almost 10 hours to get the email letting me in.

I've been a pottermore beta user since august and while it was awesome at the start, we all couldn't wait for it to be open to everyone as it was starting to get a tad boring. When everyone is on it they'll start opening up the other books.

How do you find out which house you are in?

When you reach the chapter where Harry is sorted into his house you answer some questions and are then sorted.

argg!! I signed up but i am waiting for the email to come to let me in!

I signed up and it said nothing about paying, then asked my friend if she was on it and she said no because you had to pay! DO YOU PAY MONEY???????????????

Signed up last Monday, and it's pretty cool. The second email (confirmation email) took over five hours to come, though. I'm Slytherin! Finished the first book in three days... now all I do is battle people.

Pottermore is SO COOL. I love how every chapter comes alive, and how you can visit shops in Diagon Alley, and cast spells and brew potions. I love collecting Chocoloate Frog cards. I've been sorted into Ravenclaw-unexpected but great! Every fan of the HP books should sign up on this page because it's just awesome!!!

Does anyone know when Chamber of Secrets will be ready? I finished Sorcerer's Stone ages ago!

A couple of weeks ago, the Pottermore CEO said that the release of CoS is "weeks away." As to what that means, I don't really know. This article seems to imply that it might be later rather than sooner.
