Howard and mimis relationship

this book is getting more and more interesting as we go on. A dutch family takes care of the pilot.

I think Mimi has a big part in the story because she keeps howard safe from the SS from earlier in the book

i think one of the main items in the story are the fighter planes. they tell the story and the war that is going on, they go into great details of the planes at the beginning of the book.

I agree that is true but that is from a diff. part of the book that we are discussing

The planes are a huge part of the book i agree. i also think it really focuses on him crashing with his group and surving.

she tryed but it didnt work

i think something that will play a roll while he is the P.O.W. camp is the war clothes that he got like the jacket but the jacket was from a dead war men. the wool jacket will probably play a role in him surviving.

I am supprised that one of the people in the plane their parishut didnt open

i think the bike was a big part of the story becuase it helped them to get to mepple

I agree with luke the book is pretty interesting in the end and how he was at the POW camp.

i wonder if the book will get better

Hi Luke, I finished the book already but I found it extremely enjoyable! I liked the fact that you got to read about Demallie's experience after crashing in Holland. It really showed how brave some of the people were in World War II. It's hard to imagine risking your life for someone else, but I think it is amazing that so many people did. I really thought this story was interesting since it was an autobiography, rather than a fictional story.

what do you guys think would happen to mimi if the nazi's found out mimi was holding howard. also how do u feel about mimi's and howard's relationship
