Powers: Can control the weather, mildly. She can talk to animals. Last but not least, her persuasion is incredible. i.e. she can persuade someone to give her a house for a buck.
Weapons: Bow and arrow, and generally anything she can throw like kunai, books, and people
Life story: She suddenly found herself walking through L.A. and couldn't remember anything but how to use her powers. Elric found her and decided to call her by the name of the car she was standing next to. She has been a rebel ever since.

True form: Has cat ears, a tail, demon claws, super sharp fangs, and could rip anyone or anything (even immortals) limb from limb.
Wings: Huge black wings with feathers that can be used as daggers when they fall off.
