Dimension Drifters discussion

Lock sat on the edge of the fountain, lollipop in one hand as she trailed her other hand through the cool water.

((Sorry I only have Katelyn :)))

Katelyn walked through the gates, heels thudding lightly against the rugged cobbled streets. Her smile was wondered.

((It's fine... Lock shall be nice since Katelyn is a girl lol... xD What's a wondered smile?))

Lock noticed a girl walking through town and looked at her curiously. She wasn't scary at all, and she didn't look as if she was from here. Quirking her head to the side, she hopped off the edge of the fountain. wiping her wet hand on the skirt of her dress, walking forward in her combat boots.

((Haha. Awed :p))

Katelyn glanced around. She felt Totally out of place, but she felt like that just about everywhere she went so it didn't bother her all that much. Her eyes hardly spotted Lock.

((oh I see... do you mean a wondering smile then? lol))

Lock skipped up to Katelyn's side and tugged on a lock of her hair. "Hey, you aren't from here right? Who are you?"

((Uh, no... it makes sense in my head :P))

Katelyn made a small noise and pulled away, twirling her hair into her hands as she looked down at Lock. "I... no. I'm Katelyn," she smiled.

((oh ok =P hahas))

Lock walked around her, looking her up and down critically. She didn't have anything remotely halloween about her. Leaning forward and peering at Katelyn through the eyeholes in her mask, she said, "You're not from here. What season did you come from? Easterville? Christmas town? Thankgiving Town?"

"Earth." Katelyn corrected, glancing down at Lock's apperance, cocking her head to the side. "I love your boots." she said lightly.

"I like them too," she answered, lifting up a foot to look at her boots. "When did people from Earth start coming here? We only visit during halloween."

Katelyn shrugged a little, "Long story short, I'm dying, and this is my only joy in the 'worl' I guess." she said, looking at her own boots.

"Why would dying be bad for you?" she asked, curiosity piqued. Half the people in Halloween Town were sort of dead anyway, so fear of death was an alien concept to her.

Right. "Becuase, I'm young... and on Earth it's diffrent." she answered. Slowly her eyes narrowed a bit in curiosity enetered her voice as well. "I can't seem to figure out who you are."

"But of course," Lock giggled. "We've never met, why should you be able to find out who I am?"

Katelyn blinked, "Oh, I... Well I told ya who I am. So, mind giving me a name?" she asked.

"Hmmmmm," she said thoughtfully. "If I give you my name, then what will you give me?"

"Ummm...." Katelyn shifted uncomfortably, trying to think of who would be like Lock was now. Tricky. Oh heavens everyone here was tricky. "What do you want?"

"Hmmmmmm... I want a lot of things," she tapped her lollipop against her lips, thinking. "How about you help me for a day?"

"Depends on what I'm helping with..." Katelyn narrowed her eyes slightly. "I don't think that you living here is exactly something that helps your case."

"Then you won't know my name," she smiled sweetly and popped her lollipop back into her mouth

Think Katelyn, think... She pursed her lips a bit and looked at the ground. "I guess I won't." until I figure it out....

"I like you, you're fun," Lock said sweetly, though her words were a little muffled by the sweet in her mouth. "Want a candy?"

((It's alright, happens))

Katelyn cocked her head a bit, "Oh I think I'm quiet alright without it, thanks though." she answered, taking a step back.

Lydia drifted in, crossing her arms

Lucas appeared and walked around. He sighed, lookin for Jack. They were friends. He couldn't see him so he sat on a bench.

Lydia noticed the drawing guy had followed her. She sighed. She was just starting to get into a better mood. Walking up to him, she slapped his face

Lucas looked up at her,"What the hell? What is up with you?" He stood up, glaring at her. He didn't bother her at all. All he did was sit down and draw.

"You deserved that for following me. I said, whoever follows gets it. Plus you barged in on my good mood" she crosed her arms

"I came to meet a friend!" He growled and pushed last her. He went to the fountain and sat down. Jack wasn't around still.

She shrugged. "Not my problem." She sat down next to him. "So what's your name?"

Lucas took in a deep breath,"Go away! Can't you tell when no one wants to see or talk to you?" He continued to draw. It was a portrait of Alice, Cheshire, Hatter, The March Hare, and the White Queen. Alice ways wanted Lucas to draw a picture for her.

"I actually can tell, and, trust me, I don't exactly want to be seeing or talking to you but I don't see anyone else. And don't tell me to go away. It makes me want to stay." she frowned at him. "So what's your name?"

Lucas ignored her and continued to draw. He drew Cheshire in his human form, and Hatter with his new hat.

"Cool drawings. They're from Wonderland?" She asked, suddenly interested

He hissed,"Yes!"

She smiled. "I haven't been there recently"

Lucas just shrugged and continued to draw

Lydia sighed. "I think I'm going there now. Not much fun here a the moment. bye whatever-your-name-is"

"My name is Lucas" He said

She smiled at him as she dissapeared

Lucas shook his head and continued drawing.

"Why? You don't like candy?" Lock advanced on light steps, holding out a small candy with a black and white polka dotted wrapper in her hand. She saw a girl behind Katelyn disappear into thin air and blinked in surprise. "Hey, how did she do that?" Lock exclaimed

Katelyn took the candy slowly from the girls hand and wiped around just in time to see someone disappear. Quickly it hit her, the way the girl acted.. "You're Shock." she murmured but bit down on her lip as she looked back around to Lock. "Do you not know about the dimensions?" she could've swore everyone knew...

((Is the name supposed to be Shock or Lock because I checked Wiki and now... I'm confused what character I'm supposed to be x'D LOL))

"Dimensions? Of course I know!" she answered. "There's Christmas Town, Easter Village..." She rattled off the names of the seasons in the woods, counting them off on her fingers

((Lol sorry. I think on Earth its meant to be shock but her names Lock :) ))

Katelyn looked over at Lock. "I meant the intersection, and earth. You know about Earth right?" she asked with raised eyebrows.

((Should I change it to Shock? Because I meant for her to keep the name from the movie but I think I got the wrong name xP))

"Earth? Like the dirt?" She looked at Katelyn in confusion. Isn't earth everywhere? You're odd..." She adjusted her mask, frowning slightly as she puzzled over how the girl earlier just poofed like that.

Katelyn just kind of looked at Lock a moment with a cocked eyebrow in confusion. "Um... Earth, like the planet. Where they--" she bit her bottom lip, how do you explain Earth? "Um... All the holidays happen there, it's like all those places you just listed off-and here- all wrapped into one?"

((OK I think I should change it... I feel dumb now... Maybe Shock just doesn't know about Earth... :P oops *epic headslam into wall*))

"No way, Sandy Claws didn't even like us on his last visit," Shock sniffed, "There's no way we could all possible be in the same place in the same time." Maybe this girl was crazy? She seemed weird... Though maybe "Earth" would explain why everywhere suddenly had so many people she'd never met before.

((Lol, it's alright. I did say I THINK her name is Shock.))

Katelyn parted her lips, "Well, not you, but the holiday of Halloween. We dress up as someone/something else and go around in search of candy." she said, glancing down at the candy in her hand.

((never mind I'll just change it haha :P ))

"Candy!" she brightened up. "Trick and treating, that's my specialty!" She noticed her lollipop was getting too small and dumped it into the fountain even though it wasn't completely gone yet. "How much candy?"
