How I See You
http://www.goodreads.com/story/show/2...
Description:
Will is a school rebel. Constantly skiving school, being suspended, enchanting girls with his good looks. Aged 16.
He wasn't always like that.
Alyssa is a shy outsider, 15 years old and constantly living in fear of makeup-plastered girls and intimindating boys like Will.
She wasn't always like that.
In fact, when they both knew each other in their younger days, they were innocent, playful, imaginitive children. They were best friends.
When their paths intwine again, they are both shocked by the outcome. But in the lives they live in, not everything goes according to plan...
“I’m not gonna leave you,” I whisper, tucking a curl of her hair back behind her ear.
“You promise?”
“I promise.”
Deal!Friends With Chemistry
http://www.goodreads.com/story/show/2...
Description:
Jonesy and Shyla have a... strange relationship. More than friends, but less than lovers. Thing is, they have an unspoken oath- taking things farther would just ruin everything.
Unfortunately, the tension is only stretched when Shyla transfers from homeschool into the world of public education, leaving her best friend behind. With the attention of a handful of guys on her, she enlists the help of Jonesy- an ex plublic schooler- to catch the attention of guys and keep it there.
In the start of her first real relationship with a guy, Shyla's plagued by the sudden realization that Jonesy is actually... jealous. But worse, the fact that she likes it, and the truth that their gaurd against each other is wearing thin

I've noticed in a lot of groups that people post their writing, expecting it to be looked at. But not many people, or sometimes no one, look at it.
That's because everyone is selfish.
Right? Everyone! I am, you are... When you think about It deeply. You want your writing to be discovered, more than anyone else. It's only natural! You can't blame people.
Well have you ever thought that everyone else feels that way too? Everyone is just like you.
So I've decided that there is a good way, or a few good ways, to make everyone get their writing known a teeny bit more.
***********************
We will hold Read4Reads. In this discussion, you post your story with its description, and state what you want (comments on one chapter? Three chapters? Four? Etc.) Then someone else comes along with their story and description and their wish for it.
For example, "Hey Bob, if you read a chapter of mine and give an honest comment, I will do the same for you."
O.kay? So the person who arrived in the discussion second will go to the person's story who arrived first. Once the person that owns that story has seen that that person has dropped an honest comment there, they will thank them and head to their story, and do the same. You can also 'like' each others stories if you enjoyed them.
That way, everyone will get more reads as time goes on.
Please note:
Comments such as "It was good." have the right to be ignored by the author, and that person has the right to ignore the other person's request for them to view their story. This is because short comments are not helpful, praising or proving that the person has actually read the story. If you can't help someone else properly, then they won't do the same for you.
Abuse will be reported to me and then I will report it to goodreads and the abuser will be blocked from the group.
Comments may only be written on the chapter of the story you have been requested to read. Do not write them on the discussion thread or they will be deleted. It also makes the author think you have not read their story really.
Likes without comments should be ignored.
(All this applies to only people who have applied for the Read4Read thing with your story. Everyone else has the right to do what they want.)
