Did Dumbledore intentionally set Snape up to be killed by Voldemort? Dumbledore seemed to have a great deal of insight about Voldemort's possible actions. Do you think Dumbledore foresaw Snape's death? Do you think Snape foresaw it himself?

I don't think Dumbledore planned it, though I think he thought it was inevitable. I think Snape was expecting it, and I think he was almost anticipating it, if for the only reason to see Lily again. He reminds me of Heathecliff from Wuthering Heights...Lily is Catherine and her husband (I cant remember his name) is James, and their daughter is Harry.
I don't think anyone really planned for Snape to die, other than perhaps Voldemort. I agree, Dumbledore and Snape knew it was coming, but they didn't know when.
Snape had actually planned to die, because while he and Dumbledore planned for him to kill Dumbledore, he knew he was passing the Elder Wand to Snape. Voldemort would have used all the means necessary to obtain it, even kill his most devoted spy, so I think Snape knew it was coming all along.
I believe that Dumbledore had an idea that Snape would eventually be on Voldemort's hit list for one reason or another, however I don't think Dumbledore thought it would occur the way it did as evidenced by what he told Harry later... Voldemort didn't plan it until the Elder Wand wouldn't work for him anymore...
Exactly what Alyssa said. Dumbledore wasn't EXACTLY planning on him dying by the wand of Voldemort, BUT he probably saw it coming, seeing how insane Voldemort was, and his craving for power.
Hahaha yeah. CG we have a match, is Teto going to play Seeker for us? :)
I think they both knew it was coming, but they didn't plan for it.
