Should Draco Malfoy have been sentenced to Azkaban for his part in the war?

I believe that draco's parents should go to azkaban and he should be free. He was just a confused teenager living in a bad family. He never did anything wrong accept almost kill dumbledore. I vote he stays free on close goverment watch.

Yeah actually, I don't think narcissa had anything to do with it. You never see her at any death eater " meetings". So in that case, Lucius gets Azkaban, Draco and narcissa stay free on close ministry watch.

Yeah, I agree. Though Lucius was just a coward, he just pushed his son into it to get in good with Voldy. Narcissa didn't want that for Draco though, even though Aunty Bella loved it. I stiill hate her.

Draco should go to Azkaban. He made bad choices and he should pay for them.
