If you don't like it, you can leave? Sorry, but I'm not in a good mood... The rules keep everything organized and in check. It's actually just clearly outlining and defining the rules everyone already basically knows.
I'd just like to say that I have not played Zelda for about five years, so I don't know a lot about it. I've only played Windwaker (which I LOVE).
That's alright. I'm putting information on the characters and locations, anyway. If you have any questions, just let me know, but I've beaten EVERY SINGLE Legend of Zelda game, so I know a good bit about it all. :D XD
I don't know a lot about Zelda either, considering I'm only playing my first Zelda game, the Wind Waker. I acutally learned a lot by reading the Legend of Zelda manga.
I love the manga! But there are a lot of things that were left out/added in (Ghanti, for example) in the books. My favorites are Four Swords and Ocarina of Time.

(: My brothers are huge Zelda fans, too, and they've beaten all the games as well. We all like Windwaker best, though.

:O How have you not played it?! It's the best Legend of Zelda game ever! It was their first 3-D one, too. :) It's the game that ties the whole timeline together!
Oh no! Is it 3-D??? Then I am probably never going to play it, sorry. I cannot stand 3-D!!! It makes me sick.

Both 3D and 2D versions are good. (I got the 3D one with the limited edition Zelda 3DS! It has ocarinas, harps, and the Triforce on it! ♡)

Hm, I think TP's the best. Then OoT, then maybe MM or SS. They're all great. Why am I posting If this group's dead? Oh well.
I did think the final boss was way too easy though. Seriously, I think my time was a minute or so. Lame! But I did like the flying in SS.
I watched a people beat Demise in under half a minute. -.- The new system of bosses in the Legend of Zelda series run on a health-based system, rather than a hit-based system, as do most of the monsters, now. It used to be each monster or boss had to be hit a certain amount of times (half that if you use the jump attack only, as it did "double damage") before they would die. Now each attack has its own power and each boss has a certain amount of "health" you have to bring down before you kill them. Ie. with Evil Beast Ganon from Twilight Princess, when you latch onto him as Wolf Link, you can hit him once every single time latch onto him and it will take you a boat load of time to bring him down, or you can hit him normally and only have to do it, like, four times; whereas with Ganon in Ocarina of Time, there was no constant wailing; you would have to manuver around him and hit his tale and that would be the only hit you get in until he resets and you had to do it a certain amount of times before you could bring him down. Also, most bosses and some monsters would disengage after a certain amount of hits; whereas, now, they just stand there and take every hit you give them. With Skyward Sword, they would do that AND not even try to block! During the second phase of the Demise fight, he wouldn't even try to block you! You just had to avoid his sword! Then you could just wail on him, disengage when he stikes at you, then just keep wailing on him again. Even during the first phase, if you did it right, he wouldn't disengage. Whereas with Gannondorf in Ocarina of Time, you could hit him 4-6 times, but after that, he'd become immune again and you'd have to bring him down again and he goes down based on a hit count of...25?...whereas Demise is...I don't know...1,000 points of damage for the first phase? (making that up)...But still, that's just too plain simple! And, ya, there was no where to explore, other than random areas in the sky, and, even then, they were disappointing. You probably went back to the same three areas 4 times each. >.< Whereas in the other games, you'd go back twice or three times, depending on the game. Also, you hardly did anything with ANY of the NPCs, other than Zelda, Impa, and the Water Dragon (not even the Fire or Lightning Dragons) and could STILL progress through the game normally! Whereas in Twilight Princess, you HAD to interact with just about everyone in order to complete the game! Also the storyline in Skyward Sword was crappy. It was just all about following Zelda. No other objectives. No Sages, no Mirror Pieces, no Maidens, no Crystals, no Mirror Shards, no Mask Shards, no Giants, no NOTHING! It was follow Zelda, defeat the bosses, save Zelda. There were only two side-quests, as well! And the only significant one was the one with the demon! I was REALLY disappointed. And the flying wasn't all the great, to be honest. I think the only thing I really liked about that game was the powerup options. But, honestly, they were to easy to aquire the ingredients for. If they made the ingredients more rare, it might be more fun to go out and farm them. But they then need to have it to where it becomes more significant to have upgraded items and that it'd be very difficult to do the game without them (but not impossible, of course, otherwise it becomes an objective, rather than optional). In Skyward Sword, you didn't really need to upgrade your weapons; it just made the game more simple. Other than that, I did like some of the smaller things in the game; like where Demise shows honor in choosing a different area to battle, so that no one in that area would get hurt in their fight. I also liked the final blow during the Demise fight--that part I did like. Also, Fi... Don't get me wrong, I did like her...but she made the game a constant tutorial. Also, you couldn't get information on a moster (which I like to learn about lore and stuff from the mosters) without her constantly telling you your kill count, which took forever for her to write up for some reason. >.< She was probably worse than Navi in terms of her summon action, where you would speak to her. Navi would constantly say "Hey!", "Look!", "Listen!", over and over again, but that didn't really get on my nerves as much as Fi did with her constant analyses (unlike some other people who despise Navi for some reason). Anyway, they needed to make the game larger, not longer, and have more interactions with NPCs and a better storyline. I didn't mind the graphics or gameplay, as I did find the water colors unique, but it was just the long, drawn out repetetive objectives that you had to do to complete the game. Honestly, the ONLY boss I found to be anywhere NEAR reletively difficult was Koloktos. Just because he hit hard, mainly. Although, I will say that I did like the Spirit Realms, too--those were unique. But, all-in-all, it was just...too...easy! I didn't die A SINGLE TIME in EITHER the real world OR the Spirit Realms. The puzzles weren't too hard, either. But I digress. I just found it a real disappointment...
