I wrote that wrong, I meant I'm sure ur a great writer too, I mean the way u write suggests that, fluent and precise. I can actually guess if someone is a good writer by the way they speak or write small things. Sorry for yet another screw up. :/

I've been told that even the way I speak makes me seem like a writer.
And that can also get me a lot of harassment at school. I quote famous people, I paint word pictures, and my accent isn't normal here, neither are my speech patterns.

I meant u have to admit the way u write/talk is like a writers'. And i asked if i was a mod cuz u mentioned something about that earlier in the message. Just saying...

It can be pretty intimidating. I'm trying to get through the rough draft and then get through a round of editing of my first book, Disinherited, before I have anyone really reading it. But every now and then I'll have someone read a passage I really liked or something.

What is yours about? :)

My book is coming along slowly I had so many ides about how I wanted to start and how I wanted to start my character. But right now I'm having writer's block and I haven't been able to think o f what to put next in my story.

Sure, why not? But I'll be pretty MIA for two months. I'm almost in High School (around here at least). So my mom wants me to go in with great grades (which is pretty hard since my sister set the bar up so high -____-)

that sucks but i have one more year before high school so i am set. :) i am writing a chapter book but it isnt that good yet i really need to go back and edit some things.

My mom has been getting paperwork together today and now I'm kind of freaking out because we're going to a meeting at the public highschool tomorrow about me and my brother going part time. *faints* It's scaring me now....though I was excited. *groan*

Hi everyone! This seems like a nice group :)

Oh Kara, you're going to study parttime? What are you going to study?

I want to do journalism and sign language. The main reason I originally wanted to do this was that I was into ASL but now I'm really excited about POSSIBLY doing journalism. Although when we meet with the counselor she'll tell us what classes are available. I'm also trying to get into Biology for a science credit.

I've never done public school before though so that's the only reason why I'm a little nervous. Lol. :)

I was trying to think of some way to chat without just like totally dropping something on you because we don't really have a chat subject...sorry if I sort of did. Lol. But I'm Kara and it's nice to meet you!

Now that I think about it we should have a chat topic. :)

Haha, I don't mind at all :) It's nice to get to know someone. You have interesting school choises. But by never having been to public school, do you mean you were homeschooled? Or what's the difference with private school? Sorry, can be a bit of a silly question :P
