Alexis walked in and set her bag down. "Well, it's a bit larger than I expected, but I think I could get used to this." she mumbled to herself. Where she had come from, classrooms where around half this one's size. She started unpacking a box of textbooks and setting them in shelves.

Isabel walked in and noticed someone but didn't bother to ask for help because the person usually said no. She took a seet in the second row.

Morgan walked in sunglasses ontop of her head "Hey Teach. We won't be actually learning today will we?" she asked talking the seat in front of the teachers desk

Alexis turned around. "Depends, do you guys want to?" she asked teasingly.

"No learning wanting to be going on in this corner." she smiled at Alexis

"Hey Morgan?" I said just realizing she was here.

"Hey.." She trasiled of forgetting her name for a second "Isobel." she smiled at her

Bliss walked in and took a seat next to Morgan. "Hey." she grinned. Then she turned to Isobel. "I don't believe we've met, I'm Bliss." she said with a warm smile.

Alexis laughed at Morgan's response. "Tough luck kid." she grinned. Then she turned to the whole class. "Okay everyone, I'm Alexis and that's what you'll address me as, capeesh." she said.

"I am Isobel" I said smiling back.

Morgan smiled at Bliss "Hey." she smiled
Then looked up at the teacher "Capeesh." she exclaimed to the teacher

"Hey Isobel, nice to meet you." Bliss grinned. "So A, can I call you that? Great. A, what do we have to learn in this class, because I know we don't have to learn everything." Bliss smirked.

Alexis laughed. "So I got a wise mouth eh?" Well, B, how would you like if I only referred to you by the first letter of your name?"

Bliss was silent.

"Thought so." Alexis grinned. "And we will be learning everything there is to know about English in this class so sit tight." she added.

Bliss laughed. She decided she liked this teacher.

"Everything! I'm pretty sure we don't need everything." she protested

"I'd like to argue with that." Alexis said with a raised eyebrow. "Okay everyone." she said, clapping her hands together. "There are textbooks in your desk, lets take them out and began."

Bliss rolled her eyes but obeyed.

Morgan opened her desk and took out this huge textbook "Holy cow! This thing is huge, i can do weights with these!" she exclaimed, then she looked at Bliss "Guess we don't need to pay to go to the gym." she laughed

Bliss laughed along.

"Flip to page 102 and do excersises 1-10. You have 15 minutes." Alexis instructed.

"15 minutes! But one of these are an essay question!" Bliss complained.

"Yes, and I'm a teacher, and you're a student and that's a book and that's a chair. Your point?" Alexis asked.

Bliss sighed. She had learned not to argue with this teacher.

Morgan obeyed and flipped to page 102 and looked at the first excersise, then looked up at the teacher "You want us to do these questions, there so long, it'll take me fifteen minutes to read them."

Alexis looked up from the textbook. "Then you better get reading because you just wasted 2 minutes with pointless chit chat." she pointed out.

Bliss grumbled and started writing down an answer.

This was easy I thought to myself. I had 5 minutes left and only one more question to go.

Bliss looked up at Alexis and then down to her work. She had breezed through the first 9 questions, but the essay question was giving her a terrible time.

"5 minutes!" Alexis announced.

Isabel started to write her essay not really sure whet she was doing.

After 5 minutes, a timer on Alexis's desk rang and she clapped her hands. "Time's up!" she called out.

Bliss scowled. She had gotten two lines of her essay down.

Thank god I was finished. She looked at Alexis.

Morgan hadn't even tried to hurry up she was still on the 7 question. But her page was almost full becuase of her big bubbly writing

I turned around unsure of who that was.

Alexis smiled. "It's fine, but don't let it happen again. Take a seat please." she said. She went around the rows and started collecting the papers.

Bliss frowned. "Wait, you're collecting these?" she cried.

Alexis nodded.

Bliss sighed and gave in her paper. Then she wrote a note to Isobel: "I didn't even get to finish my essay :("

I handed the teacher my paper. And wrote back to Bliss:"Well it was hard!;)

Just then Skyla burst into the room and scrambled to a seat.
"Sorry," she said with a rueful look, "Great record right? Late on first day."

I laughed.

Bliss nodded at Isobel and wrote back: "Great. First day, first test failed." She sighed.

Alexis collected Katie's test and smirked. "Don't be so sure." she warned. Then she turned to Skyla. "Like I said to Katie, it's fine today, but don't let it happen again. Take the test on page 102, questions 1-10. You have 15 minutes, just like the rest of us." she instructed.

"And what are we supposed to do?" not really sure why I said that.

Alexis stared at Isobel. "Well," she said slowly. "You can take a book out and read, or you can do what you and Bliss are already doing: secretly pass notes." she said with a tiny smirk, indicating she knew they had been passing notes.

"Wow," Skyla muttered, digging out her English book and lifting the nearly twenty pound thing onto her desk.
Ok, she though, turning to the page and grabbing her pencil from a pocket in her backpack, answer questions and stuff like that. Easy.

I turned bright red. "Okay." I said ready to fall asleep.

"And please try to stay awake." Alexis added.

Bliss glanced over at Isobel and made a face that said How did she know that?! Alexis's back was to the class.

Devon walked into class, while shutting off her blackberry. Then she slipped into her seat, looking at her classmates.

I shrugged my shoulders at Bliss unsure of what to say.

Morgan gave her paper to Alexis then looked at Bliss "I definatley failed that one." she said not looking happy nor upset but nutral

I was thinking, Does she ever show emotions? I gave a little smile.

Devon gave the teacher a smile as she handed her back her test. "A plus again!" she thought. She looked over to her desk partner, "Hey, I'm Devon!" she said to Bliss.

Bliss grinned. "Hey! I'm Bliss. Nice to me you Devon." she said.

Alexis stared at Morgan. "I don't want cocky students, but you must have self confidence." she said and walked away.

(((Hmmm. I wanna RP here, but it's kinda an awkward time to jump in. Still, I'll try...Just tell me, guys, if this is a stupid entrance and I should change it (or not enter at all!).)))

Suddenly, Justine tripped past Katie on her way to the pencil sharpener. How did she dull her pencil so fast?
"Ow," she mumbled, blushing as she slowly stood up. "Sorry, Katie."

Isobel was looking at the teacher waiting for directions.

Alexis finsihed grading the tests quickly and started passing them out. "Now since this is the first test of the year, it won't count much, but I still expect some of you to do much better. She looked meaningfully at Bliss.

Bliss groaned and closed her eyes as Alexis put the test on her desk. When she opened her eyes, she found a good surprise. "86?" she muttered. "Not bad considering I didn't do the essay." she smiled a small smile.

I looked at the test. I got a 95. I nodded my head.

Justine, when she saw her test, blushed. 100. Well, this subject was her element. Math was a different story; her grade for math was always F, F, F--and she wasn't so good in the other subjects, either.

"Good job Justine, one of our two only hundreds." Alexis praised as she walked by.

"Thanks, Alexis," Justine said, quietly. Her cheeks burned.

((I'm really shy with praise as well. My mom just goes "ESSENCE! SAY THANK YOU TO THE NICE LADY? MAN!" And I mutter thank you XD))

Alexis smiled warmly.

Bliss sighed, but then looked at Justine. She seemed like a nice girl, shy, but nice. Hi. I'm Bliss. she wrote in a note.

Hey. My name's Justine Justine wrote back. Surprisingly, she didn't hesitate to pass notes.
