I loved City of Glass the best. It was awesome.
The first two were ok.. Not as great as most people say. I haven't read book 4 yet. I should though, before book 5 comes out..

The Infernal Devices are another series from the same author. I think their better than The Mortal Instruments.

This is one of my favorite book series...i am about halfway through the 3rd one
