hmmm! not my subject really, I'll have another think about it

My daughter came in last night with a copy of My Story by Tom Daley. I'm afraid this couch potato knows nothing of sport!

I've had another look at An Olympic Death. I'm not sure it's really a sporting book. It's more a murder mystery set during the Barcelona Olympics, so maybe it shouldn't be included in the poll.

An autobiography about a sporting hero would be a good idea - not sure who we'd want to read about but still.....

Has anyone else read the July read yet? Calico Joe - I borrowed it from my library and read it in about 2 hours, its not too long and you don't need to know about baseball particularly, its more about a difficult father/son relationship and about redemption - a decent enough read and a little bit different to John Grishams usual courtroon drama.

Still waiting for a library copy, should be in early next week
