Angels VS Darkness discussion

Lily walks in and sits down.

Em entered the cafe and took a seat near a window. She let out a sniffle as she ducked her head into her arms. "Stupid Jeff!" she thought angrily to herself. The young angel began to sob. "Doesn't he know how hard I've been looking for him?! He doesn't even care!"

"Aw, you poor thing," Moriko snickered as she sat down next to Em. "Don't get your wings tangled up, you loser angel." She continued to laugh as she spoke.

Em looked up and narrowed her eyes at the demon. "You're the loser!" she shot back just as her brother entered the cafe. "Em!" he exclaimed when he spotted her. "I was just looking for you! I'm sorry I-!" He froze when he spotted the demon.

Skye wandered forward, finally snapping out of her daze. "What's going on...?" she asked sleepily.

Jeff panicked and knocked her out with another spell. Then he hurried to his sister's side. his legs trembled as he half-heafrtedly put his fists up and settled into a fighting stance. Em, on the other hand, was glaring stubbornly at the demon as if she were a lot older (and stronger) than she really was. "get lost punk!" she yelled.

"Oh, I'm so scared of you twerps," Moriko taunted, glancing at the two of them. "And despite what you think, I'm not looking for a fight."

Jeff didn't hesitate to let out a sigh of relief as he relaxed into a nearby chair. His sister however, wasn't buying a word of it. "So why ARE you here?!" she challenged, still glaring.

"Well I WAS here to laugh at you since you couldn't find your brother," Moriko frowned. "Looks like I'll have to find some other form of entertainment."

She spotted Skye, and a slow smile spread on her face. "Now what do we have here...?"

Jeff quickly walked in front of Skye as if to block her even though his legs were starting to tremble. The waitress, on the other hand, just kept looking around with a sleepy expression on her face.

Reasabell entered, the door chimmed with her entrance. She looked over at the group of people and took a seat far away from them. Glimpsing at their thoughts.

Jeff wondered if he'd really be able to protect the dazed human if the demoness decided to attack her. He bit his lip nervously and tried to calm his pounding heart. Em glanced at him, and then turned her attention back to Moriko. If looks could kill, Moriko would have been a seared mess!

Angel finally landed, standing behind the cafe. Out of everyones sight. But just before she can get situated. Someone comes from the sky. Tackling her.

Alexandra, going at an amazing speed. Plunged herself into Angel. Making her fly. She was now on her knees. She raised her head, her eyes a light purple. With a bit of lightening inside. She watched at Angel skidded on the dirt.

Angel, on her stomach felt someone pull her up. She was dizzy, but saw. She'd never seen this girl before.

Alexandra gave her one good punch, shutting her lights out. She flew off, back to the Darkness castle.

Moriko rolled her eyes. "Oh please," she scoffed. "Like you stupid angels can take me on. Like I said, I'm not looking for a fight."

She shrugged. "But hey, now that I think about it, a fight could make things interesting." Moriko's grin slowly widdened as she stood up abruptly. "And I really do hate boredom. So let's see what you got!"

J.D. skated up to the cafd, her every-shade-of-blue hair in a pony tail and her guitar strapped to her back. She walks up to the manager.
"Are you looking for a singer?"

Jeff gulped,legs trembling once more as he struggled to remain standing. He scrambled backwards until he found his sister's hand, and then he held it tightly. "W-We're not looking for any trouble!"

Em pulled away from him. "Jeff, I can handle myself!"she pouted, glaring back at Moriko. "I'll take you on any place, any time!"

"Em-!" he yelped, trying to yank the younger girl back behind him. But she pulled away, eyes glaring in their continuously stubborn manner.

Skye remained in her hypnotized state as she looked sleepily around the cafe and waved at J.D."Hi!" she called out, blinking away the fog from her mind. "I'm Skye! I run the diner down the road. You said your looking for somewhere to sing right?"

She smiled. "Yeah. Are you hiring?"

"Yeah! I'm the only one working at Blue Skyes right now so obviously we're a little short-handed. Having someone sing for the guests would be great!" She smiled back.

"Cool. Hay are you okay with classic rock, country, and modern music?"

Skye nodded. "I love all types of music and I'm sure the guests will too! How about we walk there together?"

Jeff gulped, remembering the damage at the diner. "Um, that m-might not be such a good idea." he stammered. "Y-You know, with the r-remodeling and everything."

But his sister elbowed him. "Took care of it." she whispered and then smiled brightly at the two other girls. "My brother can walk with you guys back to the diner while I stay here to chat with my dear 'friend'."

"Sure." J.D. walked with her.

((Onwards, to the diner!))

Moriko rolled her eyes. "Angels," she spat in disgust. "You care way too much about your stupid 'laws'. Now, are we going to fight, or what?"

"Don't get in my way." warned Em, voice resounding with hypnotic notes. Jeff fought her nut her magic was too strong. He collapsed to the floor in an impossibly deep slumber. Em turned to look at Moriko again. "Show me what you've got." she announced, running at the demon.

Moriko easily side-stepped the angel, brushing her hand against Em's shoulder. "Tag," she smirked. "You're it."

Em's shoulder muscle knotted suddenly, and the young angel felt it tear, leaving her entire arm unable to move as pain raced through out her body.

The little girl let out a pained scream, jerking away from the demoness with wide and frightened eyes. "Wh-What did you just do to me?!" she demanded incredulously.

"What, haven't you ever been hurt before?" Moriko laughed. "All I did was tear your muscle. Jeez, talk about pathetic."

Moriko prepared to lunge at the angel again. "Next up is your pretty little neck!" she sneered.

Em dodged out of the way and attempted to hypnotize her opponent. "Put your hands on your head and stand still." she ordered, attempting to subdue Moriko.

Moriko just rolled her eyes. "You're going to need to try a lot harder than that," she scoffed, easily shaking off Em's hypnotizm. "I know all of your stupid little tricks, and I can guarentee that they aren't going to work."

The little angel gulped, just now realizing how deep in trouble she was. Jeff finally recovered from her attack, stumbling to his feet and running forward to guard his sister.

Moriko chuckled. "Neither of you is good enough to beat me," she taunted, reaching forward and tapping Jeff's throat. The angel's throat constricted, and he found himself unable to breathe.

"But luckily for you twerps, I'm growing tired of this game," she sighed. She smirked. "I'll see you morons later."

With that said, Moriko turned and left the cafe.

Em grabbed ahold of her brother by the waist and pumped her wings to get him into the air. Jeff could automatically tell what her intentions were. He tried desperately to tell her no, but his crushed windpipe prevented him from speaking. Em saw his fear. "I don't care if you're a fallen angel!" she exclaimed, tears threatening to run down her face. "You need help!" Jeff's protesting finally ceased and she was able to get him up into the air. the duo quickly arrived in the Angel Land.
