You have some great books. I'm so glad you are starting another journey!

I am almost finished reading The Tiger's Wife and wasn't sure whether to count it as Serbia or Croatia, since the country isn't named. Based on the description of the land, I had a feeling that it was probably Croatia, but still wasn't sure since I have never been to either country. I see you have it as Croatia, and you would know best since you live in Serbia. Do you know if the towns mentioned in the book are real or fictional?

Diane, I think that The Tiger's Wife would fit both for Serbia and Croatia. About towns in the book, I think she only gave them fictional names (while they exist by other names), but some of them I could recognize. I'm pretty sure that Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, is one of them.
For smaller places, especially those at seashore, I think they must be located in Croatia.
So, you can go for any of those two countries.:)

(really sweet book, although it's about hard topics it's bringing smile on face, it's one of those warm books about relations between people, strong characters, and how life is always stronger than death)
