I've only been in NZ for a year and a half, but two of my fave albums ever are by Kiwi bands- The Feelers 'Hope Nature Forgives' - the whole sound of it is just full of New Zealand to me.
- I Am Giant 'The Horrifying Truth' (mostly Kiwis, though they're London based) - their first album, released last year, is such a rich mix. It's beautifully put together.
(I'll shut up now!)
Well The Feelers are well known & have some great songs but I haven't heard of the second group you mentioned. I wonder if anyone else in NZ has heard of them?
I like Brooke Fraser but she has taken off overseas touring & NZ hasn't seen much of her lately

the 3rd installment of the Hush, Hush series had a playlist at the end with music that matched the book, like a Movie Soundtrack. I instantly added a playlist on Spotify to listen to the music.Has anyone come across this before?
