A note on Star Lovegood:

Star was not one of Luna's children; she had twin boys, Lorcan and Lysander, with Grandson of Newt Scamander (author of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them). Apparentley, they were a lot younger than Harry's children e.t.c. so, wanting one of Luna's chiildren to attend Hogwarts, I created Star Lovegood. She is very like her mother.
