The Personal MBA discussion

Hey there,

I'm kind of surprised to see that there's no Personal MBA reading group on Goodreads - so I went ahead and created one. It's my first time creating a group on Goodreads.

Basically, this group is for anyone interested in the Personal MBA program (http://personalmba.com/). We can have book discussions, business discussions, and other things like that.

I will add the books currently listed on the Personal MBA reading list and invite others to list additional books they think would be helpful to members of this group.

I have been wanting to create one for a while. My only objection has always been that Josh Kaufman, the chap who founded the PMBA list wouldn't be the beneficiary of any Amazon affiliate book sales commisions.

Yeah - I didn't think of that.

I should mention for other readers that they now set up a site that duplicates some of the functions we can do here on Goodreads.

I would say we're off to a pretty good start. I'll do my best to chip in when I can. I just bought a book on Value Investing and will post things when I can.

The hardest thing for me--and other occassional members with habits such as myself--is when you start posting book readings. I've got a busy schedule so keeping up with regular readings on top of what I'm aleady doing will be tough.
