Look: He has short blonde hair and icy blue eyes. Jeff usually wears his old angelic robes that he used to wear before he was kicked out of Heaven.

Personality: Keeps to himself and rarely talks. Most people naturally assume that he's mute. In truth, he examines his surroundings before trusting those around him.

Power: He can easily blend in with humans and often pretends to be a normal teenager.

History: Was an angel for several years but was a troublemaker at heart. He pissed off some officials during one of his "pranks" and was thus expelled from Heaven. Now he seeks revenge, but is too timid to ever join Darkness' army. Besides which, he's a bit of a pacifist.

Weapon: Ivory-Rose Gun. He rarely uses this immensely powerful gun that was passed down from generation after generation of Almites, but when he does he is extremely skilled with it. Jeff has incredible aim and knows just how many bullets to use to take out a grown man and how few to use when targeting something smaller, like say, an angel.
