Oh! Fun topic!

I love all of my dreams. Many play parts in my books, while others are just fun to ponder. I adore picking them apart to find their meaning! It's so fun!

I remember one nightmare I had....
I was walking with a bunch of people that I didn't really know. I was on like a tour....except that we were really tiny, pieces of grass looked like giant trees. Then we passed a bunch of like 3story tall bugs and they said hi to us and what not. Then we reached this like mutant zoo (and we were regular sized again) and there was this wolf bat. It escaped and bit our tour guides head off. I can clearly picture the blood running down his bald head. *shivers*

That was so freaky..

When I was younger, I used to have dreams of going down never ending slides or falling down stairs... they were weird.

I love dreams I actually look forward dreaming everyday, in average I've about 3 different dreams everyday, most of the time i know that i'm dreaming and actually change the dream the way I want it, they call this lucid dreams I guess, Does anyone else have lucid dreams?

Whenever I have dreams they are always wierd and some of the time scary too.But sometimes my dreams are really good.I remember one dream,when my best friend left the school I actually dreamt about her,she came to our school for a visit and I was so happy to see her.I introduced her to my new friends and we talked the whole time.It was such a pleasent dream and I wish I have a dream like that one more time.

No I've actually never heard of that. That's pretty cool!

Lucid dreaming is pretty cool. Can't say I've ever experienced it though.

A lot of my dreams are very strange. I sometimes tell my husband about my dreams... I think he thinks I'm slightly nuts!

I had this dream... My best friend was a seven foot armadillo in a tux... I watched him burn to death.

The only dreams I ever have are really weird. For example, (view spoiler)[I had a dream once that my friend, my sister, and I were shipwrecked in the middle of Chicago, but it was deserted, so my friend and I were living in one house and my sister was living in another. One night, my sister came over and told me to hide, because these creatures were patrolling the city, and if they caught you, they'd take you away.

They caught my sister and I, and we were sent to some building. There, we were put on board a space shuttle, where the rest of our family was. The shuttle launched, and we were in space, but there was no floor, so I thought that I'd fall out of the shuttle. Then, when we passed a star, my mom said that some guy stood there during WWXV and shot down on the enemy.

Then we ended up on the moon. It turns out that the moon had oxygen, and Wi-Fi, and everyone had iPhones, and there were a ton of trees (it appeared to be fall, because all the leaves were changing color). My family and I were taking a tour of the moon, and there were a ton of dead saints buried there. Then we turned on the radio, and an announcer said that six million people living on the moon had tuned into the Super Bowl from their iPhones.

i had a dream where ok so my cousins have a cat but in my dream it turned into a white tiger and it started eating my dinner and for some reason i started feeding it with my hand and so i put my hand in its mouth and somehow it managed to chew the food but only press down on my hand and so it gave that pins and needles feeling and then this music started playing and then in the middle of the music there was random beeping and after i woke up i figured that the pressing of my hand was my hand under a pillow under my backpack and the music was the alarm in my phone and the beeping was the alarm in my clock and i was all like TROLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

maybe someday ill write a book about all my dreams...one time i had a dream where me and my brother and my mom were starting this race where we, as a family, had to walk across a desert, jungle, and city (it was like a cirle and we started and ended at this persons house idk who). we walked through the jungle fine except a few snake bites. then we walked thru the city and everything was fine. and then we got to the desert and THE NEXT PART IS SCARY AND KINDA GROSS SO IF U DONT LIKE NIGHTMARES DONT READ (view spoiler)[and we started hallucinating so what happened was that we were on the top of a neverending sand dune and we saw water on the other side and we started going crazy so then my brother went first and started banging his head on the ground were pebbles were suddenly appearing and this my mom went crazy next and when they looked up, u know the suction cup thingies? like they r kinda circular and stuff? well, they started blooming like flowers. and when the sun hit them they grew like crazy and it was so gross and they didnt look like flowers at all. and after i woke up i was scared to go in the sun for days (hide spoiler)]

ok, im gonna start a draft...should it be a short story collection or a huge story...i think a short story collection will be better.

but it prob wont even get published

My head works as a DVD player when I'm asleep, because most of dreams are movies, literally, with actors and amazing plots. I get very creative when I'm unconscious :)That's why most of my novels I get from dreams I had.
i actually one time saw credits at the beginning of a dream :D

I had this dream thirty minutes ago, and it's kindy lengthy, so I'm gonna put it in a spoiler.

(view spoiler)[Normal night in my house, except two of my brothers, Dad, and sisters are missing. I'm chilling out in the basement, when my mom yells down and tells me that my brother’s sick. A short while later, I head upstairs and ask what's wrong. She says that he has some sort of fever or something. He comes downstairs, and he's bundled up in like, 20 layers. I point out to my mom that this is the first sign of possession (apparently, we'd been through this before, specifically with him), and as I say that, he starts pulling each layer off, growing bigger with each one that he removes. When it's all off, he's pretty much a giant gorilla with really sharp claws. He promptly runs upstairs, and we follow it into my brother's room, where we find my brother, being possessed again. However, the gorilla quickly ties him up and hangs him upside down from the ceiling. Once that's done, he collapses on the bed and falls asleep.
We quickly leave the room, and I ask my mom to call for an expert to see what's possessing them and why. She does, and when the woman arrives, she uses her ocarina to tell what's haunted. She points out a picture in our dining room, my brother's bed, and his fan. The one thing in common about all of these things is that they're all new and from the same online store.
We get rid of the picture, but can't enter my brother's room because of the gorilla. So, I lure the gorilla out and kite it around while my mom throws out the two haunted items.
When the gorilla sees its beloved bed being thrown out the window, he stops chasing my to pick it up and returns it into the house. It arrives in my brother's room, while the exorcism lady and my mom is busy exorcising the second demon out of my brother. It takes both of them and runs away, before returning and falling asleep again.
Since it's up to me to save all three of them, I wake up the gorilla and run to my room, where I pop out the screen and jump on to the shed, to the roof, and then to the ground. I hide, hoping the gorilla won't find me, but it comes out on the back porch and sees me. Before it can get me, I quickly close out of Minecraft (which I was apparently playing the whole time). Unfortunately, I was still in that position in real life, so I ran.
I run around the city, before stealing a car, which unfortunately attracts the attention of the cops, because I can't drive well. They trap me in an apartment room, but I jump out of the window and glide to the ground. I steal a truck, and drive it into the desert, where I'm picked up by a group of bandits and become part of their group.
We return to the city, where I meet up with a friend. He wants to give me a tour of his high school, and I agree. After hiding the fact that I wasn't a student at the school, we leave, and he departs. A short while later, I return home, where I find the gorilla waiting for me. I begin running, and eventually run into a local high school. The gorilla follows me, and because I don't want any bystanders killed, I run out of the school again and into the street. However, a short while later, I'm forced to go back in there, and luckily manage to hide from the gorilla.
He ends up performing at a concert in front of a group of high school students, and once that's finished, he begins a stand up comedy routine. I quickly run to the theater and shoot him with a tranquilizer gun that the bandits gave me. Unfortunately, it didn't work, and I had to run again.
Then I woke up.

wow, that must've been fun :D

Last month i had a terrible dream, but it was kinda random at first; i and some of the peoples from my school were in a barn, only thing is it was a floating barn, we were hiding from something, at the time i didn't know what. There was banging on the door and a few of us ran out of the barn, including me, we were on a whole floating town. My town. Anyways, there are these cloned/ brainwashed people coming after us ( my class mates) soon its down to me and this black guy, we reach a tennis net you have to climb over ( it was tall) the guy just urges me on saying ill fend them off as long as i can just go! After a few minutes his gun fire fades and is lost, i know hes gone, i drop down to the ground on the other side. I turn and the clones are standing there, and their controller. The clones start twards me, their commander stops them and says, wait i have a special person for the job. One single clone comes up, instantly i know its the guy i like, hes brain dead, i cant get him to snap out of it, he keeps coming twards me, tears stream down my face i sink to the ground cuz i know hes gone he will never be the same, and i just sit there intending to just let him kill me because i know i cant kill him, this is when i wake up.

The same guy from my dream hasn't talked to me since and we were really close, im wondering if that dream meant something.
Any thoughts??

My favorite dreams are the ones in which I can levitate and fly. It's such a freeing feeling, and I do it all with mind control.
