"You read 319 words per minute. That makes you 28% faster than the national average."
This is so cool :) It says I could read the Bible in 40 hrs and 38 min.
It's pretty fun huh. That's good, we're pretty close.I got 333 words per minute I think. 33% faster than the national average :)
I am with you, Laila. Just 1% faster than the national average...well, we are still faster than the average :)
Whoa Amy! That's just crazy! My grandmother and a friend of mine are speedreaders, I am really curious as to what they got. Good job everyone :D
478, 91% faster that average people.2/3 questions right!
Er....2,340 words per minute.... 836% faster than most people. But I got 2 questions out of 3. Is this accurate?

I'm not sure it is accurate.
I'm not sure it is accurate.
I did... all the other ones, and it was around the same each time. Maybe it's because it's a shorter type of text... I can't get bored :D
Stacy wrote: "I am with you, Laila. Just 1% faster than the national average...well, we are still faster than the average :)"You're right.
and I got all the answers right so it made me feel a bit better hehe

OMG!!! How many books do you read a day??
OMG!!! How many books do you read a day??
And also, that is pretty accurate!!! I read 91% more than average and I got 2/3 questions right!!
When reading alice and the wizard of oz I I got over a 1000 words per minute, on alice it was 1272 with me being 408% fater than average but I have read both those books and got 3 out of 3 for both in the questions.Whereas war of the worlds I got 900ish and only 2 of the questions right but have tried reading that book before and had no interest in it lol
I got 36% faster than the national average with all the questions right which I am happy with especially since the text was short and quite boring
I read 486 words per minute, thats 94% faster than the national average. And I got 2 out of 3 right :)
I've never actually calculated how fast I read, but I can get through a 450+ page book in a day - 500 pages if the book is really interesting.
I read as much as I can sit down and read for, haha ;) I'm not a really fast reader, but I can read about up to 300 pages maybe in a day--if that;s all I do. But I rarely get that luxury ;)
That's pretty much the same here - I am a fast Reader, but my average total of pages per day really depends on how much time I have. If I have nothing else to do, I can make the 450+ mark. I don't always have the opportunity to hit that mark because of other things that always have to get done, but I always at least read 100 pages a day. Even if I have to stay up late to do it; I simply cannot go to sleep unless I've read 100 pages.

That is pretty cool. Except I read slower on the computer. It said I'm 56% faster than the average, and that I could get through "War and Peace" in 24 hours and I think 15 minutes. I wonder if that's factoring in the fact that "War and Peace" is rather dull . . . ;)
I'll have to try that too, sounds fun. Right now though I can't read much at all on the computer after reading over my manuscript. And then the stress relief eye drops I got hurt like the dickens. Who puts menthol in eyedrops??? That's just what happens when you're a writer :P
It said I read 428 words per minute which means I am 71% faster than average. I think I got at least two of the questions right but I can't quite remember.
