Making one map on google is one thing(and time consuming), but it would be cool if you could enter a title and the map was pinned automatically. I'm doing research to find out if someone has done it or is doing it now. There seems to be scattered pockets of literary maps which focus both on setting and authors from a paticular place. I can't even imagine trying to compile the info, but I know there are people who could probably write programs to exploit library databases already in existence. I'm making some calls tomorrow starting with my library. I'll post whatever I find.
This is kind of hard to see, but it is a list of American authors and with their names over where they wrote about. I'll try to find the original.[image error]
