Music looked around, wondering why she had even come out of her cabin. Sure, she didn't really care about her looks, but she still wanted to come and see some nature. She felt the trees.
Serpent was standing in the middle of nowhere among the woods. Her back was leaned against the trunk of a tree, her figure blending with the shadows surrounding her. Only her nearly glowing green eyes stood out. nShe had her arms folded below her chest, an exprestion that carried no emotion written across her features. Her gaze flamedn like a raging green fire, filled with bordom. She pressed her lips together, and tilted her head back, to look beyond the tree branches, up toward the sky.
Alex ran into the forest and climbed a tree. The branches were wide and sturdy- perfect for climbing. SHe sat on a high branch and looked down at the rest of the forest.
Raven hooted softly from a tree to Serpent's right, though Serpent hadn't paid much attention. The girl had zoned into her own thoughts again, as her eyes drifted closed. She had a lot on her mind, like always.
Alex smiled and watched the birds flying around.
Serpent peeked one eye open as the owl landed on her left shoulder as she always did. "Well, aren't you cheerful?" She murmered grumpily.
Coming from her cabin, Heather skipped along through the forest humming her favorite tune, Frere Jacques. Her teal dress was ripped at the bottem where the little threads brushed her knees. She slowed down and noticed her pink boot's shoelace was untied. She stopped to tie it.
Serpent reached a hand up, snapping a few leaves from a tree branch. She studied them before letting the leaves drift to the forest floor. She rose up, and began to walk off deeper into the woods.
Serpent's boots padded silently along the forest grounde, as quiet as a shadow. Her glowing eyes stood out still, enguled in unreadible emotions.
Wolf walked into the forest, followed by Aurora, his faithful wolf. He put his shadow cap on, disappearing.
Serpent began to softly hum an old song she picked up once before when she was nine years old. She had a good enough memory, knowing every note by heart though she had never sung it before. She only knew it, she remembered it.
Robin skips through the forest with a pad of paper and a pencil in her hand. She always comes to the woods when she draws. She found the monster sounds quite peaceful. She stops suddenly and looks around. Someone was humming.
Serpent was caught up in her own little world of thoughts, her head spinning and clouded with memories. Joy and sorrowfulness filled her, but more than anything rage pulse through her body.
Robin spotted a dark haired girl nearby. Before thinking, because she rarely did that before she spoke, she yelled out, "Hello!"
Serpent's hum came to an abrupt stop, as she turned to face the voice. She gave her one glance, before she stroked the wings of the owl on her shoulder still. "Hey?" She murmered.
Wolf heard someone humming, then a different voice yell "Hello!" He went in the direction of the sounds until he came upon his half-sister, Serpent, and the girl from the Mania cabin, Robin.
"Is that meant to be a question?" Robin asked the dark haired girl. She couldn't remember her name. "Why do you say it like a question?"
"Why do you ask so many questions when I've only said one word to you?" Serpent responded, her eyes flickering over the girl, that she hadn't met yet then away.Though everyone knew she had come, some spread rumors of her-she had avoided everyone.
((Wolf is invisible))
Wolf moved closer, listening.
Wolf moved closer, listening.
"Why not?" Robin asked, still smiling. She was always smiling. "Are you the one named after an animal? I'm not very good with names."
Wolf took off his cap. "Hey, you're also named after an animal, right? Bird or something? Raven?"
((its okay, he's not invisible anymore. his cap is what makes him invisible.))
Serpent raised an eyebrow. "Well at least animal names are more amusing." She noted, before turning to leave.
"My name is Robin. Just Robin. They are very amazing birds. Birds remind me of airplanes. I'm afraid to fly on one of those, though." Robin is still smiling. "So what is your name?"
Alex jumped down from her tree, "Lots of animal names around here." She nodded to each of them.
"You can call me Wolf," he said. He glanced at Serpent. "Hey, you leaving?"
"I don't like wolves. How about antilope?" Robin asked the boy.
"What's wrong with wolves though? Can't be as bad as me. My name's Serpent. And maybe I am maybe I'm not." Serpent said,.
"Hey!" Wolf said to Robin. "Wolves are cool. You'll offend Aurora." Aurora yipped happily. Wolf nodded to Serpent. "Serpent's cool, too."
Alex sighed, "What am I, invisible?"
"Asking me what's wrong with wolves is like asking a pidgin what's wrong with cats!" Robin looked at her in an offended manor. "Serpents aren't as bad. I guess I could call you that. And no you aren't invisible. That's a silly question."
Wolf grinned at Alex. "No, I was the invisible one two seconds ago."
Alex laughed, "That's true! So am I the only one here without an animal name?"
"I could call gecko." Robin says matter-of-factly.
"Wolves are intengent creatures...as long as they don't have rabies." Serpent winced slightly at the memory of a rapid wolf attacking her as a child.
Alex sighed, "I know all your names, so I'd better introduce myself. Alex. That's me. But if we're going with the animal names you can call me Panther." She smirked.
"I like gecko better." Robin turns and walks away with no explanation.
((I have to go for now. Might be on later.))
((I have to go for now. Might be on later.))
Alex shrugged, "Okay! Gecko it is!" she laughed.
((I have to go too))
((I have to go too))
"Grand. Three people named after animals, and an owl named after a Raven." Serpent said, a light smile tugging on her lips. Raven hooted just to alarm everyone she was still sitting on Serpent's shoulder.((Cya later Angel0-Gator O.o XD))
Robin walks back. "Did someone just make an elephant sound? I swear I heard an elephant sound." Robin always hears things that no one else hears.
Alex laughed, "No, remember? None of us are elephants!"
"Well, why not? Maybe I could call Wolf elephant....Or maybe not. Elephants are supposed to be very smart." Robin stops and turns to Alex with a grin on her face. "Ask me if I'm a tree. Go ahead."
Alex frowned, "Are you a tree?" she said slowly.
"No. Of course I'm not a tree. What kind of question is that?" Robin looks offended. She then shrugs and laughs in a quite insane manor.
"Okay? What makes this a proper response?" Robin is confused. "Oh, never mind. Would you like to hear a joke?"
Alex nodded, "Sure! I like jokes!"
