Skyler had gotten in an arguemnt with her brother on the flight. So once they got there she had abandoned him at the entrance, and stormed off. This place looks like a good damn prison. She thought as she looked around. She spotted a small bench under a tree, and headed over to it. She sat down on the bench pulled out a cigerette and lit it up.

Sophie entered the courtyard on her way to the school haughtily. She had just had her encounter with "Caleb". She saw a girl not far away smoking under a tree. She made her way over to her. Sophronia sat next to her on the bench. "Can I have a smoke?" she asked.

Skyler was starring at the floor so she didn't notice the girl until she spoke. She looked up at her, "Sure thing," she said as she pulled out the pack of cigerettes out of her jacket pocket. She handed the girl a cigerette then asked, "Need a light?"

Sophie nodded. "Thanks." she replied. She sighed and leaned back.

She blew out. "Yeah, I needed that." She began to calm. "I hate people sometimes." she said absentmindedly. "Oh, I'm Sophie by the way," she said friendly.

Skye pulled her cigerette up to her lips, and took a large darg. She blew out O rings. Once she was done she looked back at the girl, "I'm Skyler, but you can just call me Skye."

"How long you've been here Skye?" she replied casually.

Skyler took another drag of her cigerette before flicking it off into the distance. She blew out the smoke then spoke, "I just got here, you?" she asked.

"Damn." she said disappointed. "yeah me too. Have had so much fun since I got here too." she said sarcastically.

Skye looked around at her surroundings, "Doesn't look like either of us will be having much fun at all. This place looks like a damn prison," she huffed.

"I know. It does have some good though." She said thinking back to the meadow.

"I haven't seen any good yet, so maybe I need to explore around some more," she admitted, "There is always some good in the bad, right?" she said with a giggle.

"Mmmm... sometimes" she said thinking about a deeper meaning. "Sometimes."

Skyler stood up and streched, "So what are some of these good places you speak of?" she asked.

Sophie smiled and inhaled one last time before she put it out. "Come on." she said "Let's go"

"Lead the way," she said smiling. Finally reliefed that she was about to do soemthing.

Caleb and Florence walked the empty courtyard. Florence continued to talk but Caleb's mind was deep elsewhere. He was thinking about last night with 'Sophie'.
"I think I found someone like me, old friend" he said finally.
Florence stared at him confused for a moment. "I knew you weren't paying attention. How so?"
Caleb changed the subject.
This was how these two talked. They told eachother their thoughts but they didn't trust eachother enough to tell them everything. Despite the years

"I am worried about Vera. She has been acting very strange. She won't tell me anything. She needs a friend." Florence brought the subject up again.
"Alright. Alright. I get where you are going with this. I'll meet her."
Florence smiled. "Thank you. Is today fine?"
"I don't see why not"
"Alright. The beach. We'll have a bonfire. Invite friends."
"I don't have friends."
"Exactly"
They separated and went their own ways
