message 2: by Julia (new)

Julia (juliace) My new favorite book is "Winter Garden" by Kristin Hannah. I LOVED this book. I've re-read several times already and cry every time. I love the dynamic of the mother daughter relationship. I also love the secondary story of Anya's time in Leningrad - heartbreaking . .

Joy | 22 comments my favorite book of all time: Mandarin Orange Sunday by Angelique Durand. I t is an old book from the 1980's. It can get very explicit, but it is a great story.

Book Concierge (tessabookconcierge) To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee
To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

I've read this book easily 20 times, and I always find something new that I have not notice before, or which I didn't pay close attention to before. It is truly a masterpiece of literature.
