Does this mean what I think it means? They seem to be so accepting of it, but not men who can channel, so lesbians are better? Am I misunderstanding?

Jp (themightyguest) | 9 comments Nope, you've got it down pretty well. Granted, lesbians don't have a history of violently reshaping the face of the world over there.

I get the impression that when kept secret, it's accepted in the sense of "Girls will be girls," but that they're expected to get over it when they get older.

Amber Hoxit (clove311) | 13 comments Me too. I just wondered because it was always mentioned but never discussed in great detail. What I think is pretty bad is the Aes Sedai who was sent from the rebels to rebuild her friendship with Elaida, but they we're pillow friends, so basically they sent her to sleep with the enemy.

Amber Hoxit (clove311) | 13 comments Nope, or racism. Some sexism but its more like "Man I don't understand women" and women saying "Men are so difficult to understand." lol
